Private exterior addition, 2 miles to Church St, many options for restaurant delivery of food, spirit-based drinks, beer and wine in this retreat. It feels like a tiny house in the trees. Very close to the lake in the south end arts district, bikes included!

The Island Line Trail follows the waterfront into the lake!
Beaches, nature and scenic vistas abound with low vehicle traffic.

O espaço
A convenient drive to UVM, Church St, and walking distance to the lake and parks. This place feels a lot like a treehouse. It has a dedicated separate air handling system, includes two bicycles, is close to the arts District and on one of the best bicycle paths in the country. With very little exposure to vehicle traffic, centrally located in between Vermont’s premier ski areas, 45 minutes to Stowe, one hour to Sugarbush, 25 minutes to Bolton Valley, and one hour and a half to Jay Peak.
The Island Line Trail follows Burlington’s waterfront via the Burlington Greenway then out to the Colchester Causeway three miles into the middle of the lake! Public beaches, natural areas, and scenic vistas abound.
Ride straight out of the driveway and into town, or further along the Champlain bike path and Island Line Trail for miles of splendid views, sandy beaches and a bicycle ferry to the Champlain islands where you can view the oldest fossilized coral reef in the world. The Chazy reef is 480 million years old.
Whether it’s a 30 mile bike ride with no cars you’re looking for or a quick bike ride for everything you need. Shopping, dining, entertainment, and sights this is a perfectly location! Close to the south end arts district and all the best of what Burlington has to offer. A reasonable drive to the best of northern Vermont’s finest ski areas. This small private guest suite with adjustable heat and air conditioning, a super comfortable memory foam queen bed, and an adjacent memory foam twin.
In the sitting area you will find two couches one of which converts to a bed.
With an endless hot water supply, Siri Apple TV, and dedicated parking steps from your door.
The suite is attached to a large house on a dead-end street in a quiet wooded neighborhood, nestled in between two parks. One half block away you will discover Oakledge Park. Providing prime lake access, beautiful beaches, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, open fields, barbecue grills, a playground, a volleyball court, and a super cool tree house. Paddle board and other water sport rentals are available. A lovely two mile ride or stroll along the water front for dining. (two bicycles provided)
Redrocks Park is large and wooded with ungroomed walking trails that can sometimes be suitable for cross country skiing and always stunning views. The Lake Champlain bike path ends at our road. We are .6 miles from Switchback Brewery and Tap room and not much further from Zero Gravity, Queen City, and Foam Breweries tasting rooms. It is very close to the south end City Market, a really cool supermarket with lots of local, organic products including the largest cooler of craft brews you are likely to find anywhere! Downtown Burlington is a 2 mile walk along the waterfront bicycle path which extends a full 10 miles to the island line rail trail and bicycle ferry.

Contact me to book one of my Sail boat tours!

The room has solid wood walls and vaulted ceilings, an entire wall of southern facing windows, WiFi, Apple TV, AC, easy parking. No cigarettes or tobacco smoke.

Outras observações
The location is extremely close to parks, the lake, and Pine Street which is a destination for brewpubs, dining and art galleries. Please check my guidebook in the listing!

Hi, I’m originally from the Bronx. At 13 years old we moved to Connecticut where I begin my sailing career as a crew member on a racing team. I fell in love with VT when my band took a semester off from school to live and play in Stowe, VT. I spent my days as a snow board instructor and mountain Sports photographer. Since that time, I have received a BFA in sculpture from Purchase College, traveled. the world as a touring musician, performing in places such as Budapest, Hungary with multiple dance companies as well as composing multiple scores for off Broadway productions. I love being in Burlington!
