Scotch plains is a wonderful town with so much to offer. If you like to eat there are dozens of restaurants here and in nearby towns with top notch food. If you like to explore nature we are a short drive away from Watchung reservation where you can hit the trails. At the end of our block you can catch a bus that takes you straight into NYC. Fanwood train station is also a 5 minute drive away with trains to and from NYC. If you are looking for a day at the beach the jersey shore is approximately one hour away.

Hi! I’m Rachel. I grew up in Canada but fell in love with a Jersey boy many years ago while visiting my aunt over Christmas break. Fourteen married years and 3 kiddos later here I am! I love to travel. Some of my most cherished memories have been during stays in various locations through Airbnb. Wanting to offer that same experience to others I decided to try my hand at hosting. I hope you find our place a relaxing retreat where you can create your own lasting memories with the people you love.
