Downstairs single level fully self-contained pet friendly modern apartment. Smart TV, free WIFI. Walking distance to beach, lake, shopping centre. Ideal for holiday makers, couples looking for temporary accommodation while relocating, looking to buy a property or renovating. As well as professionals working in the area, e.g. project work, contractors, medical staff. Longer than 3 months leases on request. Adults only, not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

Located on a block with 3 units at 10 Chepana Street: downstairs, upstairs and studio at the back of the property. One block from the beach, lake, Woolworths shopping complex, tavern, cafes and local restaurants, all within 5 minutes walk or 1 minute drive. Port Macquarie Lake Road Industrial area 15 minutes drive, Port Macquarie CBD 20 minutes drive.
The court yard is shared, as upstairs resident and studio resident walk through the courtyard to reach their front door. Please note outdoor dining area inside the court yard is exclusively for the downstairs unit.

Lounge room, kitchen and dining and access to the outdoor courtyard with alfresco dining are located in the front of the apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms are down the hallway. Lounge room features a leather comfy lounge, Smart TV with sound bar, free WIFI. An array of artworks decorate the house.
Kitchen has an induction cooktop, french door fridge, large pantry, fully equipped kitchen with crockery, pots and pans, stick blender, Kafee coffee machine (pods from Aldi), microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press.
Bedrooms are down the hallway. All rooms have built-in storage and ceiling fans.
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity, toilet is separate. A second toilet is located inside the garage in the laundry area.
Washing machine and dryer for your private use are located in laundry area in the garage (on the right hand side of the garage).
Hot water is via Solar.

Downstairs apartment has access to one car space at the right hand side of the drive, in front of the garage. Free street parking. The garage can be accessed straight from the apartment and can be used for storage of surf boards or other items, and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer is inside the garage too, laundry is exclusively for your use.

Pet friendly on request, for small/medium size dogs only. As a courtesy to the property owner kindly inform us about the type of breed.
Please keep pets of lounge and beds.
PLEASE NOTE: two Fox-terriers and a cat live on the property.

Hi! i am Susan de Jonge and moved from Sydney to the Port Macquarie area in 2014 after falling in love with the area and a local man. I started my own holiday acommodation business along the Port Macquarie coastline called mySOLscape (escape to the sun) so guests can discover and enjoy the area too! I live in the beautiful coastal town of Bonny Hills just south of Port. I have traveled the world and lived in Europe, USA and China and have made Australia my home now, my roots are Dutch. I spent 7 years in Sydney working in the professional service industry and was commuting back and forth between Port Macquarie and Sydney for the past years. Bonny Hills was and will always be my city escape with a permanent holiday feel, you can't beat nature around here, you will find unspoiled and uncrowded beaches, with city conveniences still nearby (Port Macquarie 20-25 min drive). I am trying to keep fit on the trails and beaches, love bush adventures and scuba diving. I also like cooking fresh food, guests can treat themselves to the herbs and veggies in the garden of certain properties. My mantra: if you don't go, you don't see. Why; why not?
