Tucked away in a quiet valley which can be reached by country roads you will find the picturesque village of BINIBONA with only 20 inhabitants.
Build in traditional stone the house offers luxury accommodations for four people in two bedrooms. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room which would accomadate two children . The beautiful sun terrace offers views to the surrounding mountains and invites you to enjoy a long lazy breakfast there.
The fully equipped house offers the combination of a traditional Mallorquine farmhouse with a modern interior. There are two double bedrooms, one with double bed, one with single bed, two bathrooms with shower, big open plan kitchen - dining room -bar, living room, surrounded by gallery. Equiped with sat-TV and DVD player, stereo system, internet, and a selection of reading material, kombi couch and sun terrace. The swimming pool enjoys sun and shade and invites you to relax and cool off at any time of the day.
The house has a living area of 120sm and the garden has 200sm. The terrace and the romantic balcony offers a stunning contrast to the mas toorism of a beach holliday in surroundings that are rural and very tranquil.
Those that wish for more active holiday can find beautifull golf clubs and amazing hiking possibilities.
The owners son is a multilingual qualified and state approved Mountain Guide who could take you on breath taking excursions you will not forget.
Shopping can be done in Inca 8 min. A small supermarket exists also in Caimari, 2km. Palma is 30 min, the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca are in the north like Alcudia which is 25 min.
