“La Terrrazza is an open-air club on the mountain of Montjuic in Barcelona. The venue prides itself on its décor, reflected in its location in an historic part of town. The unfortunate flipside of this is that sound restrictions are very often put in place. La Terrrazza is open for the summer season—May through until September—and is a focal point during the annual Sonar festival, with London promoters Secretsundaze traditionally staging events there, as well as follow-up parties later in the summer. Musically speaking, house and techno are the main genres pushed at the club.”

“Great jazz bar with good music. Gin-tonics are good and reasonably priced but I need to warn you that the place is tiny. I have always managed to find a space though.”

Parque
“When you pass through the gate into the Jardins de La Tamarita, you enter a Barcelona that takes you back to a time when the bourgeoisie were building themselves mansions surrounded by gardens in the upper part of the city. These gardens are a good place for a rest and some peace and quiet, far from the madding crowd, on the other side of the stone and wrought-iron wall that surrounds the gardens, built to safeguard a space that was once private and which is now public. SCHEDULE: From 1 November to 31 March (every day), 10:00h to 19:00h. From 1 April to 31 October (every day), 10:00h to 21:00h. Closing time approximate, depending on the solar time (closed after dark in the evening). Sections from this amenity Children's Play Area”
