O lugar é limpo, moderno, com 2 quartos (1 com ensuite), tem tudo o que você precisa como viajantes e mais ... nós tivemos um bebê conosco, e é um ambiente amável do bebê também, embora nenhum berço esteja disponível, mas o bebê gerenciou para dormir bem na cama para adultos. This is a 2 bed apartment, there are 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed in living room. hold up for 6 guests. Bedding will be replaced after every stay, comfortable and clean.suit for family and business purpose. Free Wi-Fi,free coffee and tea, and free parking are available. The Carnegie train station is on the opposite side of road, it's very convenient for travel.
    The apartment is very safe, security key access front door and lift. The living room connect a roomy balcony and put table and chair. All household appliances have included, such as A/C, LCD TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and so on. The kitchen cutleries are available. Independent laundry has washing machine. There is a shower room in the bathroom, you can take shower at any time to release your tired. The surrounding is flourishing, you can easily access Asian supermarket (only 200m) and Woolworths supermarket (about 800m). Chadstone where is the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere has only 2 km away. 2 km can reach to Malvern Valley golf course as well. The Carnegie station is on the opposite side of road, it’s very convenient for travel, 25 mins can reach to Melbourne CBD and only one stop can arrive to Caulfield Campus of Monash University (1.7 km away). I
    Carnegie is in the southeast of Melbourne. This is a good example in Melbourne, safe public security and harmonious neighborhoods. Carnegie is a very attractive place, once people stay in this area, they will sell the house and buy a bigger house in the area. Our apartment has been leased when we took from the developer one year ago. When a year lease expires, I didn’t have special feeling that Carnegie has a special charm. I have two apartments on Airbnb in other areas. so we decided to take this apartment back, to provide accommodations in Airbnb as well. However, the tenants contacted us many times. They were eager to extend the contract with us and increase the rent. But we insisted on taking back the apartment. When we decorate up this apartment, we had the chance to stay in Carnegie for a few days, so that I really felt the attraction of Carnegie. I really understood why the former tenants did not want to move away. Living in here is very convenient. At that moment, we also have the urge to stay here. My family talked about this issue for few days,because the child refused to transfer school, then we abandoned the idea of settling in here. The Koornang street of Carnegie has a very famous food street in Melbourne. Our apartment is located at the beginning of the gourmet street, you can find different type of foods in here, such as Indian, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Malaysian, Vietnamese cuisine and all kinds of Chinese restaurants, cafes, Western restaurants, supermarkets and so on are all in the Koornang street. Slow pace of life in Carnegie will let you relax. Park, library, swimming center, tennis court, football club and so on are easy to access. If you drive to Elwood Beach from Carnegie, only need 15 minutes, and 18 minutes arrive to Brighton Beach. You can enjoy the beach, swimming, surfing, or you and love hand in hand go for walk on the beach to see the beautiful sunset, the life is very beautiful and very comfortable! Monash Uni Caulfield Campus is 5 mins walk. Chadstone shopping centre 10-15 mins by bus. Many cafes within easy walking distance as well as a large supermarket. A very safe neighbourhood.
    This one bedroom apartment is part of a brand new apartment complex opposite Caufield Racecourse. Modern, stylish, comfortable and convenient, good size bedroom with queen bed, floor to ceiling built in robes and ensuite bathroom. Galley style kitchen with all expected modern appliances open up to dining and living area which opens up to a large balcony, perfect for morning coffee and breakfast.     This area is a wealthy, well to do suburb with plenty of young families and older couples. I would recommend Malvern for Couples as it has lots of things to do eating out wise, as well as South Yarra and Prahran being close by via Taxi for a big night out. It's very close to the City with Trams and Trains running direct. If you like shopping Glenferrie Road has an amazing amount of boutiques, as well as grocery stores, hairdressers and everything you can think of. It's a mini Chapel Street in feel, as you also have all the amazing antique and bridal stores on High Street. You are super close to the beach in St Kilda or if you prefer Sandringham Beach or Brighton Beach you are on the right side of town. Dozens of Restaurants in the area, and you are close to Armadale, Toorak and Hawthorn. 15 minutes away by bus can get to Chadstone Shopping Centre the Fashion Capital, for hours of shopping! Lots of Parks and Playgrounds are around, so take your pick out of Armadale gardens, Caufield Parks or Melbourne Botanical Gardens are all close by.

    You have a private entrance and garden and also some toys for children.
    We, the hosts, live upstairs and neighbours other side of the fences are nice people, but you may not meet or hear them.
