Located seconds away from the river Fowey and an easy, five minute walk to the centre of the harbour-side town of Fowey with its beautiful river views and great bars, restaurants and boutique shops. Within walking distance to a lovely beach and a wide range of water-based activities. Public parking available opposite. Fowey is the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall's vast array of attractions and excellent walking routes.
    This self-contained apartment is newly decorated and furnished. It has a tasteful, modern design and features art relating to the local area. With double doors opening from the lounge area onto a private decked area with seating and a barbecue, it is the perfect place to relax after a day enjoying the area. It has a well-equipped kitchen and a new, high-spec bathroom. The bedrooms have views over the communal garden areas and feature comfortable beds with memory-foam mattresses and pure-cotton sheets. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via both stairs and a lift. It is worth noting that the second bedroom has a small double bed and is more suited to a single adult or two children. The sofa in the lounge extends to a double temporary bed if required (bedding not provided for sofabed).
    The apartment is in a great, central location, seconds away from the river and a 5 minute walk into the centre of Fowey. The walk into town is relatively flat (rare for Fowey, it gets pretty hilly off the central streets!). Parking is available immediately outside the apartment (again, rare for Fowey!). There is a great ice cream shop a minute from the apartment. Kayaks can be rented across the road from the apartment building. The car and foot ferry to Boddinick and beyond is very easily accessible and you can drive to and from the apartment without the need to go through the town centre. Two miles from the village is the beautiful riverside walk of Weir Quay which takes you along the River Tamar.
    The accommodation is a comfortable, safe facility and has its own sliding patio door entrance. The apartment offers open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. The double bedroom has beautiful countryside views, with an en-suite shower room, including a WC and basin. Guests can access a fold up bed for a child if required Guests will also have use of their own patio space and small lawn area.
    The picturesque village of Bere Ferrers is situated at the meeting of the two large rivers of The Tamar and Tavy. The sleepy village lies within an area of outstanding natural beauty with Dartmoor national park on its doorstep. The area is steeped in history with many beautiful stately homes such as Buckland Abbey (former home of Sir Francis Drake) within close driving distance. There is a great pub in the village called 'The Old Plough', where friendly hosts Sarah and Ted serve an extensive choice of food and also host regular music events. The neighbouring village of Bere Alston can cater to your shopping needs with a butcher, baker and a number of convinience stores.

    This is a beautiful studio apartment right in the heart of Mevagissey in a peaceful spot wrapped in a garden surrounded by trees it is a lovely tranquil space. The studio apartment comes fully equipt with parking, private access and a very pretty Garden where you can enjoy the wildlife ! It is positioned near the beautiful church of Mevagissey . The area is a beautiful , quiet and private area , yet just a moments walk to the harbour of Mevagissey ,we offer something a little different.
    Private access with it's own parking. Seating decking space directly from French patio doors, a beautiful private lawned area in a secluded garden in a peaceful space in the very heart of Mevagissey. There is a slight incline into the beautiful harbour of Mevagissey. Steps at the property take you from parking bay to the apartment. Sadly this is unsuitable for wheelchair access or for those who would find steps uncomfortable.
    The apartment sits right in the heart of the Unique and beautiful harbour fishing village of Mevagissey , with a real Cornish experience. Coastal walks near Chapel point this is a beautiful area , there is a public footpath to the coast and a Peninsula is half a mile away,once a convent originally known as St Meva where the Christian's landed many centuries ago you can find Chapel Point at Portmellon. Mevagissey has an inner harbour and outer harbour with a lighthouse. Secluded beach at the top of mevagissey several steps down just off Pentilly. A small harbour beach and access to the harbour on both sides. Around the harbour there is a Museum an aquaruim, pubs restaurants,shop's and Galleries , Angeling centre. Many working fishing boats and tourist boats and a shuttle ferry to Fowey. Within Mevagissey harbour you can find boat trips daily weather permitting. There is a passenger ferry that runs daily throughout the season to Fowey harbour which sits upon a beautiful estuary. There is also a coastal charter experience in a power boat rib with seating as seen in a photo that runs along the coast in and around mevagissey showing the coastline and amongst other things an incredible Seal colony,dolphins & basking sharks are often seen too! If you are a keen Fishing Angler and want to hit the water for a deep sea catch Aquilla an amazing fishing boat fully rigged. It is available to book for angling charters. Seascape is a beautiful wooden hulled motor sailing vestle. Visitors can jump on every half an hour in fair weather in front of the Tavern usually and take short trips around to chapel point and back, all boat trips available at very reasonable rates. There are wonderful raised lookout points above the harbour Pentilly and Hitlers Walk it is a beautiful stretch of green with seating benches for you to take in the beautiful sea view and you fishing boats and vessels entering the harbour. There are several places you can book for dinner. Salamander Roofrays Wheel house Sharks finn Anvrola Spice Indian The Fountain inn Kings Arms The Lost Gardens of Heligan are just 1 mile away with a fantastic valley walk available should you prefer to walk there. Eden project 6 miles away. There are breathtaking Coastal walks and beautiful beaches & estates in the surrounding area such as the Carhays Castle estate with its golden beach. From there you can drive to Portholland a quaint fishing village that sits right on the coastline & Veryn is also beautiful. Charlestown is also a beautiful historic harbour and well worth a visit travel time 20 mins 6 miles. Mevagissey is a beautiful harbour village with a museum and a welcoming fishing community it is undoubtedly a great visit. Its steeped in an incredible fishing history , which very much thrives today with a great community that value visitors greatly,it has everything you need for a magical visit.

    (777 square feet): The open plan living room and kitchen with wrap-around balcony provide you with an excellent space to relax and enjoy the stunning views. Underfloor heating with separate controls for all rooms including both bedrooms keep you cosy and always at your ideal temperature. A quiet neighbourhood, a choice of pillows & duvets suiting summer or winter should set you up for a good night’s sleep. The lounge is a beautifully light place to relax in the reclining sofa & chairs to take in the panoramic and “ever-changing” views. The National Marine Aquarium is 15 minutes drive. And if you choose to walk to the city centre it will take about 25 minutes. Venturing Further Afield: Plymouth is surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery in England. Experience the rugged beauty of Dartmoor to the north; The South Hams, an area of outstanding natural beauty and the unspoilt coastline of Cornwall is either just a short ferry ride across the water on the Cremyll Passenger Ferry or take your car on the Torpoint Ferry or across the Tamar Bridge. Check out the National Trust website for properties in the locality including Saltram House where Sense and Sensibility was filmed, Buckland Abbey where Sir Francis Drake lived or Antony House in Cornwall where parts of Alice in Wonderland starring Jonny Depp was filmed. The Eden Project is also within one hour’s drive.
    THE LOCATION The apartment is located on a previous naval site, Mount Wise, and has been designed by award winning architects. The development encompasses Georgian style town houses set among mature trees, the historic Admiralty House where Winston Churchill once lived and a cricket pitch in the middle which is home to Plymouth Cricket Club. The apartment overlooks the southern gardens of Admiralty House to which residents of Mount Wise have access. This part of Plymouth continues to undergo significant regeneration as illustrated by this high quality development. As you’d expect in a large city, close to the dock yard and with heavy naval links, there are areas nearby that represent the poorer parts of Plymouth. There is more development happening at the entrance of the site which has little if any impact on the apartment. Within five minutes walk you can be strolling along the banks of The Tamar, heading towards the old harbour of Mutton Cove and taking in views across to Mount Edgcumbe. You’ll also discover Mount Wise open air swimming pool which is open in the summer months and The Scott Memorial commemorating the famous Antarctic explorer. All this is part of the Mount Wise Park.

    The Sail Loft is a beautifully modernised 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a listed quayside building, benefiting from stunning harbour and sea views, and on-site parking. It is less than a minutes walk from the centre of Mevagissey with its restaurants, pubs and shops, etc. The Sail Loft's position on the edge of the harbour gives guests an insight into the life of a small fishing village, as the tide comes in and goes out.
    The L-shaped main room, which enjoys fantastic sea and harbour views, has a dining table seating 6 and 2 large comfy sofa’s, flat screen tv and dvd recorder/player, while the kitchen is fitted with an electric hob and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and washing machine. The master double bedroom, with wardrobe and large chest of drawers, has harbour views out to the lighthouse and the sea beyond, and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, wc, towel rail and basin. The second bedroom has twin 2’6” beds and plenty of storage, and the family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, basin, towel rail and wc. Features - The Sail Loft overlooks the harbour. Electricity, bed linen, bathroom towels and heating (electric heating) is included. The Sail Loft has a courtyard below, where there is one allocated parking space, and a shared storage area for bikes, surf boards, etc.
    Staying on the harbourside of a bustling fishing village is a fantastic experience - watch the changing tides and weather patterns from the windows of The Sail Loft, and pop out to sample the fantastic local seafood, or locally produced meat and vegetables. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are within walking distance, and The Eden Project a short drive away. The village is situated on the South West Coast Path, and a small seasonal passenger ferry connects Mevagissey to Fowey.

Within 10 miles of Port Isaac the location of the Doc Martin TV series and 5 miles to Boscastle. I have been in the hospitality business for 40 years and would endeavour to make your stay a memorable one.
