Restaurante de Comida Americana Moderna

“A more rustic breakfast spot walking distance away. One of the few places you can have a beer with breakfast. They have really good vegan and Gluten choices. In general their options for breakfast are a bunch of very creative recipes that look beautiful. You will see a line but, it's worth the wait. Rain sleet and snow people like to go wait for these really yummy menu options.”

“Downtown needed another cocktail bar, and recently it got one, in the form of The Eddy. The intimate space just off Westminster Street is already a popular spot for the after work and late night crowds. The Eddy has already picked up some national attention as one of New York Magazine's 50 best cocktails pick. Jay Car is the self-proclaimed "bossman, barkeep." They wanted to bring all the drinks, beer, wine and bar snacks to the city in a way that they have not been done before.”

“Simply: North is my favorite restaurant in Providence. Their space is intimate and hip, the food is thoughtful, unexpected, and exquisite. They could easily be charging 2-3 times more for their dishes, yet they don't. ”

“Go for the cupcakes, stay for the atmosphere. We recommend the Monte Cristo - a turkey, ham and swiss cheese sandwich on Portuguese sweet bread french toast. They are known for their brunch and afternoon tea, but we enjoy dinner there as well. Opens at 10am, but expect a line at the door in the mornings. Open late except Thursdays and closed on Mondays.”

“Gotta love rooftops! If it's 60 degrees or cooler then you'll need a jacket for this place. It gets cold up there.”

“This is by far the best Indian restaurant in the state. Saturday and Sunday they have lunch buffets that are to die for! I love anything they make with paneer. All Vegan buffet on Saturdays during lunch and regular buffet on Sundays. Very cost effective for what you get!”

“We're from Texas where there are no shortage of great burger joints but this place gives them all a run for their money. Get the classic sliders with cheese, a side of fries and a craft brew or soda and enjoy (make sure to add a third!).”
