It is also where so many of the students hang out and as such has an incredible amount of bars and restaurants and has established itself as the most talked about going out area in the city. If bars are not your thing worry not, there is plenty more to do. The flat is close to the large park areas of Kelvingrove Park and the Botanic Gardens as well as the famous Kelvingrove Art Gallery and the world class Hydro music venue and SECC. The West End is just the best place in the city and is exactly what you make of it. My flat is located in Partick, an amazing West End neighbourhood with lots of history and tradition. Whilst the famous Ashton Lane, Byres Rd and Finnieston drinking/eating areas are all just a short 10min walk from the flat, Partick also has its own little haunts which I strongly recommend: On your doorstep is Dumbarton Rd, home to 8-10 traditional (and cheaper!) pubs where you'll experience a real friendly Glasgow welcome with live bands and fantastic prices! For example next door to the flat (10 second walk) is Glasgow's oldest bar, a cute little neighbourhood pub, a cosy no-frills place, where you can enjoy a whisky and meet the locals. My balcony also overlooks the cricket ground which interestingly hosted the first ever international football match, Scotland v England, over 140 years ago! Partick is packed full of history and crammed full of shops with everything you could possibly need within 2-3 mins walk!

(Nov- March major repairs were completed In light of the recent developments concerning the COVID-19 outbreak, I am taking extra precautions and measures to ensure my property is being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. I want to assure all guests I have taken these extra steps to ensure the health and safety of all travelers I host.

Due to a severe flood within one of the bathrooms in November, the flat has had two new bathrooms fitted, walls and flooring had to be replaced, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused for the last traveller in November who experienced smell from this problem, at that point I was unaware of the ongoing leak before the pipe burst.

    The apartment is self contained with a separate entrance. We are situated 5 minutes from East Kilbride Conservation Village, which has a wide range of restaurants and bars. Local attractions include Village Theatre, Ice Skating, Ten Pin Bowling and Odeon Cinema. Glasgow City Centre is 7 miles, with a direct train line. Glasgow has many sporting, art, leisure and cultural attractions. The apartment is in a good central position approximately 45 minutes to either Glasgow or Preswick airport.
    This 2 bedroom apartment is attached to a large newly renovated house, with off street parking. The entrance to the apartment is through the gate to the left of the main house. The apartment is bright, fresh, modern, fully equipped and self contained. It has 2 large double bedrooms upstairs and a large modern bathroom, with spacious shower and tub. Downstairs is a newly fitted kitchen with dining area and a living room with large smart TV and WIFI. We have all the safety fire requirements in place. However, we are not really suitable for young children as we do not have cots, stair gates etc. (Please have a look at, 'family amenities').
    It is a quiet neighbourhood and not suitable for parties or events. However, East Kilbride Village has a wide selection of bars and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. Right in the Merchant City - probably Glasgow's most stylish and trendy neighbourhood - but just set off the noisy and busy streets. It's my old flat and I know the area, and the City, really well. Ask me anything! I'm letting it out cheaper at the moment, because I need to do a couple of upgrades - purely cosmetic, everything is in good order - so grab it while you can!
    This is a spacious 3 bedroom flat, perfect for families or parties. It's in walking (or staggering) distance of the Merchant City to the West or the Barrowland Ballroom, St Luke's Concert Hall and the up-and coming Gallowgate to the East. It's got everything you might need, including a fully equipped kitchen, there are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom, and the sofa is more than big enough to sleep on.

There is a seating area in the twin bedroom and a tea/coffee/snack area in the hall. An ideal base for visiting the area or for a stop-over. Grounds are extensive and views are breathtaking. Loch Long shore is at the bottom of the garden and there is an enclosed kids play area. Easy access to Loch Lomond, Glasgow, Arrochar Alps, Faslane and Coulport Naval bases.
    Bedroom 1 has a double bed, chest of drawers and dressing table. Views from the window are stunning. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, two comfy chairs, a coffee table and a wall mounted TV. The bathroom has a bath with hand-held shower attachment and, what we think, is possibly the best view from a bathroom in the world! The hallway has a coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge and snacks. There is wifi, internet (apple) TV, central heating with a dedicated thermostat for your apartment. All towels and bedding, crockery and cutlery are provided along with access to a washer and drier. A travel-cot and bedding is available on request. The Airbnb apartment is accessed up a shared staircase (41 stairs) – our family apartment (not Airbnb) is on the floor below. There is an area in the entrance hall for coats, boots and shoes. There is also space for buggies or 2 bikes. The gardens are beautiful and are on ongoing project with many plants of interest. If it is the right season you will be given fruit/veg from the garden and greenhouse. Please be aware there are 41 steps up to the apartment so it may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
    Shops - Cove Store is about 2 mins drive away. It has beautiful local produce and all general supplies. A small supermarket (Co-Op) is 10 mins drive away in Rosneath and should provide for most needs. Other local amenities include a pharmacy, butchers and bank in Kilcreggan. There are two local cafes and a fine dining hotel all within 10 minutes drive.

    This is a lovely one bedroom flat which has been recently refurbished. New kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable furnished lounge with two recliners, sofa, 55" TV and a small dining table for 2. The bedroom has a double bed. Both rooms have new double glazed windows and face out to field and woods even though it's just a short distance from the main road it feels like you're out of the hustle and bustle. Parking is included and it is very convenient for the motorway.
    This newly decorated ground floor flat is shiny and new with lovely quiet views over the field where quite often you can spot deer and an occasional fox. At the end of the road and adjoins Strathclyde Park Golf Centre and the Hamilton Racecourse. Lovely and quiet with easy access to shops and motorways.

    Victorian Tenament with many orginal features, room is at back of house light and airy overlooking well kept backcourt. The room has blackout curtains and is excellent for a good nights sleep.
    The flat is very traditional and decorated to a very high standard. It is a quite close and excellent neighbours who are very friendly. Breakfast can be supplied at an extra cost .
    As said before the area is very residential and the flat is not over looked by other buildings . The view from the lounge gives the impression of a private drive as it tree lined and has a nice vista.

A televisão era enorme e nós gostávamos da Netflix. Todos os lençóis e toalhas eram muito nítidos. Havia estacionamento gratuito na rua, o que foi realmente ótimo, pois estacionamos o carro lá e andamos por toda parte. Pegamos um táxi para o centro da cidade, que ficava perto. Wifi foi ótimo e os lençóis e toalhas eram todos muito frescos, o que é essencial para uma estadia agradável. A localização é perto do centro da cidade e o estacionamento gratuito tornou tudo útil (tarifa de táxi cerca de 4 libras para a cidade) para deixar o carro nas proximidades e chegar ao centro, a estação de trem também fica a uma curta distância. Our corporate clients are more than welcome to stay at the Penthouse as most Business Centres and Exhibition centres are very much close by. We can guarantee that our guests would love the views from the private Sky Terrace accessible from the living room of the Penthouse and they would love the space. We can without a doubt confirm that this is one of the biggest and best Penthouses available in Glasgow City Centre because of it's location, space and breathtaking views. Plus, we have famous football player neighbours :) Yes guys! Every morning at the back ground of BBC Live news, our Penthouse is visible and if you are sitting at the Terrace you may be covered live too :) :) Being on live TV without hitting a milestone! Isn't that fun If you want to show someone special Glasgow in Style - We guarantee the Penthouse would leave a great impression. Guests are welcome to bring their kids as well, there is garden furniture for them to use. Bedroom One (Master Bedroom) - 1 King size bed + 1 Air bed (3 guests can sleep here) Master bedroom has an attached bathroom (Open Plan En-suite) (This master bedroom is located on the upper floor of the Penthouse) Bedroom Two - 1 King size bed + 1 Single Bed. 3 guests can sleep here. This room has an attached bathroom (En-suite) (This room is located on lower floor on the Penthouse) Bedroom Three - 2 Single beds (2 guests can sleep here) (This room is located on lower floor of the Penthouse) Hallway has a 3rd family bathroom. Living room 1 (Lower floor) has two sofa beds and two guests can sleep there as well. A professional pool table is in this living room and a 80 inches Samsung Smart 4K UHD TV. Guests can enjoy watching channels plus online contents like Netflix, Prime Videos, Youtube etc. available as the Smart TV is connected to Fibreoptic (Very high speed Wifi internet). There is a Kitchenette (Fridge/Sink). The Sky Terrace can be accessed from this living room. The Sky Terrace has a garden sun bed and out door furniture and guests can have tea/coffee , breakfast in the morning and at the same time enjoy amazing city and river views. The terrace is south facing so you would expect maximum sunlight possible at the terrace. The Clyde Arc (Squinty Bridge) is directly at eye level from this Penthouse so guests would have the best views possible day and night. Living room 2 has a sitting area with a dining table and an open plan kitchen. kitchen has all necessary items like cutleries, glasses, wine glasses, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer etc. There is also a washing machine/washer dryer in the Penthouse. All guests would be provided towels/linens/sheets/duvets, etc. Please note that if you are a group and have a 9th and 10th guest coming, they can use the sofa beds in the living room. However please note there are no blinds in the living room. We opted not to put any blinds so that the views doesn't get disturbed. Therefore, please note that there will light in the living room in the morning. If your 9th and 10th guests don't mind this then it's okay, if not then please do not proceed with the booking. We are not providing blinds for the living areas so that the aesthetics and views do not get disturbed. The Penthouse comes with two car parking spaces. Guests would have access to a covered secured parking space (Remote fob keys would be provided - Gated entry) and also a Garage space (Lock up garage - keys would be provided for that as well). If our guests have electric cars, they can even charge their electric cars in the garage space as there is an electric switch in the garage, they would just need to bring their charging plugs along. Please note that this is a city centre area, if guests park their cars outside the allocated spaces they would get charged by parking wardens. There is 24 hours CCTV coverage. If you have a third car then paid parking is available nearby and charges could go up to £20-£25 a day in the area/city centre. There is a GYM (Separate charges apply).
    Shopping Centres, Restaurants, Clubs, Pubs, Casinos, Museums, Cinemas, Children Soft Plays - everything is very close by. Glasgow International Airport is about 15 minutes away. SSE HYDRO has been confirmed to be the second most busiest venue all around the world by BBC. Famous celebrities and singers like Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande etc have performed live at the Hydro concert hall. If our guests are visiting SSE HYDRO or SECC Armadillo, conference centre , they are just across the street from our Penthouse (2 minutes walk).

O check-in foi realizado pessoalmente, foi muito tranquilo e continha informações muito úteis sobre a propriedade e as comodidades locais - graças à Megan. A propriedade em si foi como descrito. A vista da varanda voltada para o sul, que eu pude usar para pegar alguns raios durante o clima recente, é adorável e a mesa de sinuca na área do lounge foi um bônus adicional. O serviço e a comunicação fornecidos por Shazzy durante a minha estadia foram excelentes; todas as perguntas ou pedidos que eu tive foram respondidas sem demora. Shazzy chegou a me chamar de cortesia durante a minha estadia, apenas para garantir que eu estava confortável e tudo era satisfatório com a propriedade. Eu definitivamente reservar este estabelecimento novamente durante futuras visitas à cidade.

  • Penthouse bonita com Riverviews adorável com todas as comodidades de luxo incluídas. Localização foi excelente, a poucos minutos da Estação Central de Glasgow, Buchanan Street e Argyle Street. Nice TV grande com Netflix, bela mesa de sinuca e cozinha higiênica limpa tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Foi a nossa primeira visita ao Reino Unido. A primeira parada foi em Londres e ficou no The Shard London; depois, em Glasgow, ficou nesta cobertura. Queríamos uma localização central com vistas agradáveis e ambos fizeram um excelente trabalho para nós. Minha filha entrou na Universidade de Glasgow em setembro, então queríamos surpreendê-la e não podia ser melhor. Ela pediu que comemorasse seu aniversário em breve na Penthouse e reservaria em breve. Não seria uma festa, apenas alguns amigos chegando. Altamente recomendado, estadia de luxo e excelente custo-benefício.

    Comfortable room with a single bed inside a shared apartment. A 4-minute drive from Glasgow University and a 2-minute walk from Lidl shop. Surrounded by shops, bars, and city center not far away, this is the ideal place to stay for a cheap comfortable stay. No smoking and drinking allowed, as well as parting and loud music/noise after 11PM so all residents can enjoy their stay :) Thank you

    This is a lovely ground floor property in a very quiet surrounding. The property benefits of 2 village pubs, a bistro and also a post office within a few minutes walk. With the marina across the road the views are incredible. You are on the main bus route for Rothesay and also Ettrick Bay, with buses running every half hour. The property also benefits from free Wifi. With the perfect opportunity to go fishing across the road and a play park is situated a few minutes walk along the road.
    Port Bannantyne golf course is situated 5 minute walk from the property which you will recieve a discount
    Port Bannantyne has 2 village pubs, a bistro and a post office. A playpark is also a few minutes walk from the property

    There is no better location than Partickhill Road in the heart of the bustling West End. Train station, underground, buses, great restaurants, bars, boutique shops, university, museums and beautiful churches literally within minutes walk of the flat. The area is a conservation zone and is quiet yet within walking distance of the many cafes, restaurants, bars, boutique shops etc
    Right in the heart of the West End with recently installed stunning sash and case windows to front of property. Flat is furnished from Laura Ashley and John Lewis. Kitchen is small and is internal with no window (has extractor fan). Fridge is under-counter and has small freezer box. There is no separate freezer. May not suit someone who enjoys cooking a lot as it is tight for space. It is, however, well-equipped and fully functional.
    It is in a quiet conservation area yet the best restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops and full range of public transport are on the doorstep and within minutes. Magnificent Kelvingrove Art Gallery around 20 minute walk from the flat. New parking meters are being installed from 27th July 2017 so there will no longer be free on-street parking from 8am till 6pm. Free parking on Sundays. However parking is not expensive on weekdays and Saturdays with a meter 20 yards from the flat.
