“Try your hand at a unique glass art creation experience! Glen and Ruth are very friendly, welcoming and provide expert instruction (in small chunks so that you don't get overwhelmed), give a real understanding of how and why the glass behaves and the opportunity to pass off the difficult steps so that you end up with beautiful glass pieces to remind you of your afternoon in San Antonio. You are able to work at our own pace without ever feeling rushed. Worth every penny!”

“Great little museum. Extremely friendly hosts. They will give you a great history of what you will see and how the San Antonio fire department started as a volunteer organization and then businessmen to a full-time organization to the large organization it is today. They have some equipment from the old days thru the years and today. Great opportunity to pose in fire gear. Great place for kids of all ages. Great pics of firefighting through the years. Honors for those that have fallen during the history of the SA fire department. This could grow into even a better place in time.”

“Gallery 2020 was founded in the Spring of 2015 and features the works of a host of contemporary Texas artists specializing in painting, drawing, sculpture, photography and pottery. It resides in a beautiful mixed-use mid-rise at the northern edge of the SoFlo Arts District, and is convenient to both King William and the Blue Star Complex....which means that, on Southtown's famed First Fridays - or, anytime, really - it's a perfect stop when you're making your artistic rounds. ”
