Note: Due to concerns about COVID and a desire to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all of our guests, our cleaning staff is following CDC cleaning guidelines for the foreseeable future. Elements is an exclusive private estate nestled in the magnificent redwoods of Sonoma County. There are four detached structures on the hilly grounds and expansive decking to comfortably accommodate large groups. You'll be located within minutes of the beaches of the Sonoma Coast and the vineyards of Russian River Valley, a short drive to many award-winning wineries, and be amazed by the solitude that surrounds you. The grounds have been landscaped with indigenous grasses, bushes, and ferns, highlighting the phenomenal native redwood trees on the property, including a magical "runt" redwood tree that's over 500 years old. Pathways and decks wind throughout, offering innumerable walks among ever-changing scenery, including a serene pond with creek, an antique stone masonry fountain, and an enchanting seasonal waterfall to delight and awaken the senses. The entire retreat is professionally lit to a stunning degree, complimenting its allure day and night. Entertaining family and friends is effortless and everyone can still have their own privacy, while gathering together in the large entertaining areas. All 4 bedrooms, with a total of 3 king and 1 queen beds (one bedroom per room), are furnished with high quality linens and down comforters. There is also 1 queen pull out bed in the living room of the main house, as well as an inflatable mattress that can be used in the yoga studio if required. Elements is family friendly, complete with pack-and-play, booster seat, and a variety of kids toys and games. The redwoods are a wonderful place to enjoy quality time with family. The Main House or "Lodge" This contemporary craftsman structure with an open plan great room, combines a spacious and refined living room, dining room, and kitchen. A reclaimed redwood sliding door leads to the master bedroom with an exceptionally comfortable king bed (many have said that it is the most comfortable bed they've ever slept in), a walk-in closet, and its own en suite bathroom with large soaking tub. The hallway leads to the large guest bathroom, featuring a 3-head spa shower and a walk-out to a Zen-inspired private garden. An office with desk and printer round out the Lodge. The fully appointed kitchen is centered around a granite island and can accommodate multiple chefs. Appliances include a professional six burner gas Wolf range/oven, microwave drawer, refrigerator/freezer, wine fridge, serving trays, and complete dinner service featuring the sort of tableware you might find in a high-end restaurant. A large corner pantry is stocked with a variety of seasonings and other basics to assist you in cooking up whatever you desire. The Lodge is replete with fine attention to every detail, from the refectory-style dining table and rustic chairs (seating for 8+), the remote-controlled indoor fireplace, the deep Restoration Hardware leather sofa, Gumps leather chairs, and custom designed decorative Portuguese candle chandelier, which radiates throughout the main living area. West Terrace, BBQ, and Fire Pit or "The Outdoor Living Room" The West Terrace, accessed via a wide sliding door from the main house, is the essence of indoor/outdoor living and is an example of what makes this estate so unique. The outdoor kitchen and gardens were crafted from river stone years ago when the property was a summer campsite. It now features a state-of-the-art gas BBQ, sink, lighting, and seasonal herb garden. With outdoor speakers and the original river stone fire pit, it's like an outdoor living room and is a great place to enjoy a warm day or cool evening in the company of friends and family. The massive outdoor dining table (seating for 14+) was custom made from the center cut of a local redwood tree. It’s the perfect setting for a large family gathering or a romantic retreat. The Guest House or "Spa House" This house has its own outdoor terrace and private seating area under a large Japanese Maple tree. Its windows have beautiful garden views as well, but with different vistas, giving those that stay a unique atmosphere and privacy. The guest house has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and one with a queen size bed, each with their own private entrance to the outdoors. Both rooms feature cable-connected HDTVs, and the larger of the two rooms has its own coffee bar. Both rooms connect to a common hallway that leads to the oversized bathroom. The Spa House gets its name from this multi-shower-head bathroom which offers a mini spa experience off a secluded and private patio. The Pine Cabin The cabin is everyone’s favorite. The pine-paneled interior is a classic recreation of the traditional summer camp cottage, only this time with its own en suite bathroom, a luxurious king size bed, and a heated outdoor shower. The cabin also features its own seating area, adjoining a large deck with views of the redwoods and gardens. The Yoga/Exercise Studio This quaint structure is situated in the quiet of the lower gardens, accessible via a Japanese wood walkway. The deck off the back offers another sitting area with meditative views. The studio offers yoga mats, blocks, adjustable weights, mirrored wall, sound system, outdoor seating, and more. When you hike from the main compound, pathways become forest trails beckoning further into remote adjoining terrains still on the property. Austin Creek, with its numerous swimming holes and opportunities for river wading, is delightful in summer and winter alike. The Redwood Hot Tub At the center of the compound is the hot tub area, featuring a circular jetted hot tub situated in the center of an ancient ring of redwood trees. It’s truly a magical location: A soak in the hot tub at night lets you link with nature and the starlit sky, a wonderful harmonious experience. The Treehouse Terrace There is a tranquility and peacefulness to this place that feels unique and special in all our worldly travels. It's one of those things that must be experienced to be appreciated. Perched at the top of the property, this deck offers some of the best views of the entire estate, and has this amazing restorative vortex energy about it - difficult to describe, but many of our guests have agreed they can feel it too. Regardless, the view is worth the visit. Well Connected Located throughout the property you'll find all the latest that technology can offer including HDTV’s, a full range of cable programming (On-demand, ESPN, Sports, and more), Blu-ray DVD players, and high speed internet (150 Mbps). In the main house, you'll find a curved OLED HDTV with an Apple TV, cable TV, as well as free movies on Netflix, On-Demand, and more. Other bedrooms feature HDTVs with cable as well. The whole property is served by a powerful wireless system, with range throughout the grounds including the decks. For added convenience, built-in USB chargers are available in all bedrooms and the office. A complimentary Level 2 EV charger is available for your use during your stay to charge your electric vehicle. A Sonos sound system, complete with Pandora, Spotify, Amazon Music, and more, offers music and entertainment in the main house and hot tub area. All of this technology is here to serve your real world reality while you enjoy the calm and escape that this retreat provides.
Cazadero is an historic town located along Austin Creek in the Russian River area. In the 1800's, it was a luxury hunting lodge for travelers from San Francisco, with daily train service. Today the town is comprised of a fantastic old-time General Store, Hardware Store, Jeep Repair Shop, and a post office. You're a short drive from quirky Guerneville, the largest town in the area. Here is where you'll find Safeway and numerous foodie restaurants, shopping, and bars. Monte Rio, Jenner, Duncan's Mills, and Sebastopol are also within a short drive away and offer fun activities. Many guests spend a day floating down the nearby Russian River in summer, wine tasting at the many boutique wineries in the beautiful Russian River Valley (known for its Pinot and Chardonnay), hiking among the redwood giants in the inspiring Armstrong Grove, spending a day at the beach, driving along the beautiful California coast, or simply relaxing on the expansive grounds at Elements.

Located 15 min from Healdsburg's Plaza with many wineries on the way. Hike the mountains you see from your bedroom window (trailheads are ~5 min away). This home has everything for an unforgettable trip to wine country.
*COVID-19 Precaution: our standard practice is to clean all duvets, pillow shams, and throws in addition to sheets and towels between each guest. We also sanitize all hard surfaces, handles, doorknobs, and floors, and we spray disinfectant in all rooms to cover couches, cushioned chairs, and walls. Play and relax in this expertly designed home. Outdoors boasts a large deck, heated year-round saltwater infinity pool (gas heat installed Jan 2020) with 8 chaise loungers, and large hot tub. Indoors: a living room with two large sectionals and seating for 12, 70" 4k TV, chef’s kitchen, large dining room, and family room. 4 bedrooms, 3 with king beds and a 4th with a 2 queen beds. Enjoy all of this amongst breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding valley. If you need to work, the home is professionally equipped with enterprise-grade Ubiquiti Unifi Gigabit wireless internet. There’s even an access point by the pool for all your “work from pool” needs. This home is the perfect escape into nature while still being just minutes from wineries, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, and, well, a lot more nature in terms of hiking, biking, kayaking, and tubing. The heart of the home is the giant living room where 10 people can comfortably have a movie night. Large living, dining, and family rooms all open out to the large back deck of the house with great views of the forest and the valley. In addition to the double sectional couch seating, the living room has a 70" 4K TV with Netflix/HBO/Hulu/CBS, a reading nook, and double-door access to the back deck. The family room has a sectional couch, surround sound speakers, and a wet bar. Between the living and family rooms is the dining room with a large natural wood table. Four large bedrooms comprise the second part of the house. 3 of the bedrooms have king beds. The 4th bedroom has two queen beds. Premium new mattresses in every room. High-end, new linens for each bed and bathroom. There is a door in the hallway that separates two bedrooms from the other two if extra privacy is desired. All bedrooms are equipped with luggage racks, power strips by each side of the bed, and wooden hangers. The kitchen has entirely new dishes and table settings for 12. Also fully stocked glassware: 16x highball and rocks glasses, 12x wine glasses, 12x champagne glasses, and large water glasses. For those interested in cooking, there are two ovens, a 6-burner stove, and a 2.1 cu ft microwave. Several restaurants deliver food as well. On the upper deck, there is a large outdoor dining table and a 7-person hot tub. On the lower deck, there is a salt-water infinity pool! The pool is gas-heated to 90 degrees for year-round enjoyment. Amazing location for food and wineries. The house is located in a great position to reach all of the major wine regions in the area. Less than 10 minutes to Fulton and a host of world-class wineries and restaurants. Healdsburg is a 15 minute drive, a smaller and more upscale Napa. Sonoma and Napa wineries are a 20-30 minute drive. The Alexander Valley and the Russian River wineries are very easily accessible. The house is located on the boarder of Shiloh park with very popular hiking and walking trails. Russian river with kayaking, tubing, and other water sports is within 10 minutes.

Um toque agradável é que as toalhas de praia extra são fornecidos para uso na piscina. O quintal tem lugares sentados para refeições de piquenique. Há um frigobar para manter seus lanches e bebidas frias. A localização é ideal para ir para o norte na Highway 12 para degustação de vinhos. Minha irmã alugou o adjacente 3 quartos 1 propriedade de banho de Joe. Foi uma ótima configuração para suas duas filhas e minha filha. Se você está precisando de uma grande quantidade de quartos, considere alugar ambas as propriedades. Outras críticas mencionam questões de travesseiros e bugs. Na minha opinião, isso não é um problema. Os travesseiros são absolutamente bem. Mas eu durmo com travesseiros de plumas muito suaves e os trouxe comigo b / c eu sou especial sobre travesseiros. Eu li comentários mencionando bugs. Durante a minha semana de estadia, encontrei uma aranha, dois peixinhos e algumas moscas de fruta. Estes não foram o produto da limpeza, é verão em Sonoma, a casita está no jardim. UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Owners good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Maximum Occupancy; Responsible Renter. The Property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation without Owners advance written permission. As the Renter, you agree to be an occupant of the Property for the entire duration of the rental, and that all other occupants will be family members, friends, other responsible adults over the Minimum Age, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (such family members, guests, and invitees collectively, “Occupants”). C. Good Neighbor Policy. Because the Property is a privately owned home, all Occupants must comply with this good neighbor policy: - Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. - To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out. - You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to Owners from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. - Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. - You and other Occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. D. No Smoking. No smoking is permitted at the Property (including porches, decks or outdoor areas) at any time. E. No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property. F. Animals. No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee than an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. G. Events and Commercial Photography; Structures; Charcoal Grills. Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. (If approved, additional conditions and fees may apply.) No tents or other structures may be erected on the property without our express written permission. The use of charcoal grills is not permitted. H. Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition extends to use of the Property’s internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, including movies, music, software, or other material. We may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity that occurred at the Property during your stay. I. Consequences of Breach; Charges for Damage. Any failure by you or any other Occupants to comply with any of the terms, conditions, or policies above is a breach of these Owners Terms and may result in a forfeiture of your rights to rent the Property, up to and including immediate removal from the Property without refund and with or without the assistance of law enforcement. Owner may terminate your occupancy of the Property for breach, and if you are notified of such termination you agree to leave the Property immediately. In addition, subject to Airbnb’s damage claim policies, you are responsible for (1) any damage or loss that occurs at the Property during your stay; (2) a charge of up to $1,000 for violations of the pet policy, including for bringing more pets or different types of pets than specifically authorized; (3) an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 (or the actual cost of cleaning services, if greater) for violations of any of the guest policies above (other than the pet policy) or for excessive cleaning required by the acts or omissions of any Occupant during your stay; and (4) any fines issued by police, other government officials or agencies, utility providers, and/or homeowner associations for violation of any law, ordinance, or rule during your stay, and any damages (which may exceed the amount of fines) that result from the violation. K. Maintenance or Housekeeping Issues; Property Conditions. The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities. You agree to contact Owner , using the contact information provided in your confirmation email, as soon as you notice any maintenance or housekeeping problem, or any potentially hazardous condition, at the Property, or if any incident occurs at the Property that is related to such a problem or condition. You further agree to give Owners a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with Owners efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy. We will take reasonable and appropriate steps to remedy any reported problem as soon as practicable. We may enter the Property at your invitation to remedy any problem you report, at reasonable times and with reasonable notice to inspect, maintain, or repair the Property, and to address any situation that we reasonably deem an emergency that threatens persons or property. You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, that the availability and condition of those amenities is outside Vacasa’s control. L. Choice of Law; Jurisdiction and Venue; Dispute Resolution. L.1. Choice of Law. Unless otherwise specified in any Unit-Specific Terms or if a different choice of law is required by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Property is located: If the Property is outside Europe, these Owners Terms shall be governed by laws of the State of Oregon, U.S.A, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. If the Property is in Europe, these Owners Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. L.2. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement: United States. If (a) your claim against Owner relates in any way to a reservation for or stay at a Property located in the United States, or (b) you bring any other claim against Owner in the United States (to the extent permitted by these Owners Terms or the Airbnb Terms) (any such dispute, claim, or controversy under either (a) or (b) a “US Claim”), then you agree to resolve the US Claim as follows: a. Agreement to Arbitrate. You and Owner mutually agree that any US Claim will be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court, such arbitration to be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or such other AAA arbitration rules that the AAA decides to be applicable to a specific dispute, that are in effect as of the time of service of an arbitration demand. Payment of filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. Place of Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in the county in which the Property is located, or in Portland, Oregon, if the dispute does not involve a reservation for or stay at a specific property, or in such other location as you and Vacasa may mutually agree. c. Exceptions to Arbitration Requirement. As the only exceptions to the agreement to submit all US Claims to binding arbitration as provided herein, Owner and Renter both retain the right to pursue: (1) in small claims court in the county in which the Property is located (or if the dispute does not involve a reservation for a specific property, the small claims court for Multnomah County, Oregon), any claim that is within that court’s jurisdiction, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such court; and (2) a suit in any court with jurisdiction to enjoin (whether by temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief) infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights. L.3. Dispute Resolution: Outside the United States. Europe: If you are a resident of Europe and your claim relates in any way to a reservation for or stay at a Property located in Europe, you and Owner consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Zurich or Zug, Switzerland. If applicable law prohibits exclusive jurisdiction over your claim in Switzerland, then you and Vacasa agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Zurich or Zug, Switzerland, or your jurisdiction of residence. Outside Europe: If your claim relates in any way to a reservation for or stay at a Property located outside of Europe or the United States, you and Vacasa agree to bring any action in the courts of the country in which the Property is located, or in such other location and forum as you and Owner may mutually agree. L.4. Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver. You and owner agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and Vacasa waive any right to a jury trial. M. Limitation of Liability. On rare occasions, due to ownership changes, properties being removed from rental use, or a need for extensive repairs or maintenance, the Property may not be available for rental on the dates of your reservation and Vacasa may have to cancel your booking. In this unlikely event, rebooking shall be subject to the Airbnb Terms for booking modifications. P. Assignment. Owner may assign these Terms or any of its rights, or delegate any of its duties under these Terms, at any time without your consent.

The pool is located in the lower garden and includes an in-pool hot tub and is surrounded and shaded by native trees. The pool is heated April-October. The hot tub is heated year round. The out-buildings surrounding the main house are unoccupied, but not available for use, so you have the entire property to yourself.

    Welcome to Twin Oaks, our home-away-from-home in Sonoma. We are minutes from Sonoma Square (3 miles), great restaurants, wineries, and Glen Ellen (7 miles). We are only 35 miles from San Francisco. A newly remodeled house with spacious indoor and outdoor areas (.6 acre lot). Professionally designed, the interior features high quality finishes, high-end appliances, hand-painted, antique and design furniture, linen curtains, sofas, headboards and cushions, and hardwood floor throughout the house. The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen with a Bertazzoni gas range, two Miele dishwashers, microwave oven and Brazilian quartzite countertops. The kitchen island, with 4 stools, is ideal for having breakfast or hanging out. The kitchen opens to the dining room that fits up to 10 people. The open living/dining/kitchen is perfect for family and friends to gather. The outdoor covered terrace adjacent to the living room overlooks the garden with two majestic oaks, a creek and a 100 year old vine. The outdoor sofas are ideal for lounging outside. The outside table fits 10 people. There is a coal barbecue that you can use. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house plus a cottage with its ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom features one king size bed and en suite bathroom with double vanity and shower. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, one twin size daybed with a twin size trundle. The third bedroom has two twin size beds. The second and third bedroom share a full bathroom with a double vanity, a shower and a tub. The bonus cottage is located near the house right next to the creek. It is ideal for additional privacy and offers direct access to the garden. It has been fully remodeled and has a beautiful vaulted ceiling with exposed trusses that give it a very warm and country feel. It features a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is a TV with cable inside the armoire. The TV room has plenty of room to relax with two comfortable sofas that overlook the garden and the neighbor’s vineyard. There is a game table and a wood burning fireplace (from 1940) and a flat screen TV inside the armoire with 120 channels available. We are happy to host you in our own home-away-from-home. We live in the Bay Area and use this as our weekend house. We have spent a lot of time, energy, money, and love setting up the house. We hand painted a lot of the furniture and made all linen pieces. Please treat this house as your own and respect the fact that we live here every other weekend. The house is in a neighborhood with families who live there permanently. We will absolutely not tolerate loud partying, so if partying is in your plans, please look elsewhere. We know all our neighbors and want to make sure that our guests do not disturb them. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: our house comfortably sleeps 8. Local laws prohibit overnight occupancy in excess of 8. Local laws also strictly prohibit use of the house for weddings, receptions, parties, or any event involving outdoor music.     At the peak of Mt. Veeder, The Orchard Lodge sits in a sunny meadow surrounded by acres of forest land, seasonal creeks, and a beautiful pond. The house is a gorgeous retreat with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 5 fireplaces, and an open floor plan on the first floor. Most bedrooms open up on to the wraparound deck or garden and all have attached baths. There are three bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. If needed, there are additional single beds that can be prepared and setup in any room. The main room has a large dining area plus a spacious, gourmet kitchen surrounded by a redwood bar. With several seating nooks and 2 fireplaces, it is a great spot to relax with friends or family. And just outside, the terraced garden features a koi pond, large BBQ grill and outdoor dining area. A short walk from the house sits a meditation/yoga platform that doubles as an ideal spot to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. And several hiking trails lead from the house around the pond or into the woods and across the property.
    The neighborhood is very remote with not many neighbors around. The property is on 45 acres and the property manager is on the parcel about 1/2 mile away to assist as needed. We respect our neighbors by not using amplified outside and following the county rules for quiet hours after 10pm.

Folding glass doors open out from the great room to the deck, creating a large indoor/outdoor living area with a double sided fireplace for the cooler evenings and winter months. An open kitchen with professional appliances is fully equipped for the most demanding cooks, and the large dining table sits 10. The house is equipped with wireless internet and both large flatscreen TVs have DirecTV and DVD players. The house has four bedrooms and three baths (including two ensuite) plus a den with a comfortable pullout sofa that can sleep another two guests. All bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open out to the deck and pool area. The house is set on 2.5 private acres with a 50 foot covered and solar heated pool. Não só é George um anfitrião muito agradável e prestável (existem rótulos em todos os armários na cozinha para que você não tem que procurar o que você precisa), mas a propriedade em si é absolutamente fôlego. Tivemos um grupo muito grande (11 mulheres utilizadas para férias de luxo) e havia espaço mais do que suficiente, toalhas, lençóis, travesseiros, sala e etc para todos nós estar em nosso próprio pequeno pedaço de Nirvana. A cidade de Sebastopol é agradável e pitoresca e sua localização é dentro de 45 minutos de tudo que você poderia sonhar em fazer em condados de Sonoma e Napa.   • A propriedade Trinite é verdadeiramente uma experiência de airbnb. Você faz parte de um vinhedo e adega privada a poucos passos de distância, com belas vistas e flores maravilhosas e cheiros a partir do momento em que você entra. O lugar é grande e o quarto principal e banheira e enorme. Muito espaço para entretenimento dentro ou fora e encontrar um local tranquilo longe dos outros. Fizemos um tour da vinha e adega bem com Pascal e ele foi um excelente hist e muito informativo. Ele até faz o seu próprio pão! A biblioteca é muito legal com todos esses livros antigos e a cozinha é enorme também (tem uma mesa central também não mostrada nas fotos). Um grupo de 8 de nós tinha muito espaço e uma estadia maravilhosa. Como em qualquer grande propriedade, pode haver algumas melhorias. Às vezes as alças caíam da torneira ou do chuveiro, os termostatos iam de muito quentes a muito frios, sem mudar a temperatura (em um grande espaço com tetos altos), e tivemos alguns problemas para começar a churrasqueira. Pascal foi prestativo e rápido para responder. Alguns dos móveis poderiam usar uma atualização, mas ainda totalmente bem para o que você precisa. No geral, tivemos um grande momento e desejo que ele tivesse mais tempo para explorar e apenas desfrutar do exterior. Healdsburg fica a uma curta distância e tinha uma praça agradável com lojas e adegas.

  • A localização e a casa são maravilhosas! Era uma maneira perfeita de relaxar e passar tempo com os amigos. O layout e o conceito de vida aberta da casa fizeram você se sentir como se estivesse aproveitando ao máximo a fazenda e as colinas circundantes. Adoramos cozinhar na cozinha e a piscina não poderia ter melhorado. As camas são muito confortáveis. Pequeno número de chuveiros, mas fizemos com que funcionasse bem. Gostaria que pudéssemos ter passado mais tempo lá! Realmente era a localização perfeita! Eu definitivamente recomendaria este lugar repetidamente.

Nossa experiência foi excelente, desde toda a correspondência fácil e rápida que antecedeu a viagem até o momento em que (tristemente e com relutância) fechamos a porta atrás de nós ao sairmos após cinco dias gloriosos. As fotos não fazem justiça à propriedade, com todos os detalhes perfeitamente considerados para que essa propriedade realmente se sinta em sua casa pelos dias em que você tiver sorte o suficiente para ficar lá! Lori forneceu muitas recomendações na área, mas nosso grupo de (10) optou por nunca deixar a propriedade ... começando todos os dias com café e tomando um banho no jacuzzi e terminando com uma refeição caseira preparada no local. cozinha gourmet e apreciado em torno da encantadora mesa de jantar. As horas entre eles eram facilmente preenchidas com coquetéis, tomando banho de sol / em volta da piscina, cochilos nos quartos lindamente decorados e simplesmente olhando para as infinitas vistas.   • Este foi realmente o lugar perfeito para o nosso grupo. Estávamos lá para comemorar um aniversário marcante, e essa propriedade era tão serena e uma pausa tão bem-vinda de nossas vidas ocupadas. A casa principal é linda - você pode ver todas as opções que foram pensadas em todos os cômodos. Eu realmente pensei que era muito mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos. A casa de hóspedes menor não foi atualizada, mas ainda é realmente encantadora e permite que todos tenham um pouco de privacidade (em vez de todos serem empilhados um na outra na mesma casa). A piscina e os jardins também são incríveis. A piscina está na temperatura certa e é aí que passamos a maior parte do tempo! Existem muitas áreas diferentes da propriedade para explorar. Trouxe um monte de vegetais da minha horta em casa, mas gostaria de não ter - havia muita coisa na horta deles pronta para ser comida! A única coisa que eu gostaria de ser diferente é que teria sido bom ter a cozinha abastecida com o básico. Eu fiquei em outros aluguéis mais sofisticados como esse e nunca tive que trazer açúcar / óleo / especiarias, então não comprei dessa vez, mas acabamos tendo que sair e comprá-los. Não havia óleo de nenhum tipo que pudéssemos encontrar, talvez duas colheres de sopa de vinagre de vinho tinto e especiarias que foram deixadas por pessoas que provavelmente não cozinham muito (duas marcas diferentes de mistura italiana de ervas, mais cardamomo, pimenta da Jamaica e canela - ou seja, alguém já fez uma torta de abóbora). Apenas um aviso de que você deve trazer suas próprias coisas! Ah, e outra observação é que isso parece muito com uma propriedade em que você só gostaria de ficar com o clima perfeito. Talvez eles só alugem no verão, então isso pode até não importar, mas acho que você teria uma experiência diferente (lida: não tão boa) se não pudesse entrar e sair de casa toda dia e sair à beira da piscina. Não existe realmente uma área comum coberta que não seja a cozinha / sala de jantar; portanto, pode ser difícil entreter um grupo se você estiver preso dentro sem uma grande sala de estar. No geral, até os pequenos negativos não tiraram a nossa experiência. Nós realmente amamos, e espero que tenhamos a chance de voltar !!!!

Nossa família desfrutava da espaçosa cozinha e área de jantar, relaxada à beira da piscina à tarde e passava as noites no pátio dos fundos, observando o pôr do sol. Uma excelente localização para explorar a região vinícola de Sonoma e não muito longe para chegar a Calistoga, Santa Helena ou Napa. Nós sentimos como se tivéssemos todo o conforto enquanto nos afastávamos de toda a agitação. Tudo parecia bem cuidado e muito limpo, e a comunicação com Lori era fácil e clara. Uma viagem em família verdadeiramente adorável e memorável.

    Our house is situated on 4.5 acres covered in Oaks. It is private and peaceful and a stones throw away from Annandale Park, hidden in the beautiful Sonoma County wine country. The house has been newly remodeled and is furnished with beautiful furniture throughout the house. You also have a brand new 20x40 solar heated pool to enjoy in the summer months and a hot tub available year round.
