“Best place to have a cocktail and dinner in Springdale. Their salsa is delicious! They are a Southwest Grill restaurant with the best ribeye in town. Their fish tacos are incredible and they have really great pasta dishes too.”

“Another Le Cirque transplant! Tamara Burton opened Cafe Soleil in 2005 and serves delicious and healthy breakfast, lunch and dinners. Very close to the entrance of Zion. Very casual and comfortable. You are more likely to see Tamara riding her horses down the street in Rockville than at Cafe Soleil as she is a neighbor. ”

“With its 3 million visitors annually, Zion National Park is one of the top 10 most visited National Parks. Located just 28 miles from Hurricane, the 12 miles scenic Zion, Mt. Carmel Highway, is a must see! The best casual hike is the lower Emerald Pool Trail. It's just 1.2 miles and takes about an hour to walk. Be sure to see the brochure in the white cabinet or ask for a trail brochure when you arrive at the park.”
