Grocery or Supermarket
“This is a relatively low priced grocery store compared to the rest of downtown. It's open until 3 am everyday (I know, the convenience of living downtown right?). I get basically all of my groceries here, one stop shop for everything. They have one of the biggest selections downtown and also have health items for those on specific diets! :)”

“Really amazing, french pastries, breads, sandwiches and fantastic coffee. This place is a hub of local community activity and includes a great little deli with beautifully curated food items and cooking accessories and ingredients. Make sure you get there early on the weekends if you'd like a table - it's often quite busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings. This gem is only a 5 minute walk from the suite (block and a half away).”

Lugar para tomar café da manhã

“Great spot for breakfast. A true locals spot. Walking to this spot will take you through a bit of a rough neighbourhood but we swear it makes the avocado toast and coffee taste better:) Off the beaten path and one of our go to places. Freshly baked bread makes this diner smell amazing and helps you “recover” after a night in the city. Share the avocado toast and get a coffee and watch the city life go by. Free wifi”

Loja de donuts

“Main St’s unofficial moniker might as well be the Donut Mile, with two of the city’s best donuteries just a stone’s throw from each other. Cartems fries and bakes theirs fresh daily, and offers both cake based and yeast based donuts to satisfy any palette. Not to be missed are the earl grey, salted caramel, maple pecan and london fog donuts. The cherry on top? Their vegan and gluten free equivalents are indistinguishable from the OGs. ”

Loja de bagels
$
“Established in 1990, family-run Siegel’s Bagels has gained legendary status in Vancouver as a go-to spot for authentic Montreal-style bagels. Siegel’s Bagels offers round rings of doughy goodness that are kettle boiled and then baked in a custom 25-tonne wood burning oven in 22 unique varieties and four kinds of rugolach, but its calling card remains the wildly popular Montreal smoked-meat sandwich: sliced thin, steamed, and stacked high. The Cornwall location is open 24/7, so stumble by for a late-night munch or a sunrise breakfast. LOCAL PRO TIP - Great for a quick and down right amazing breakfast or lunch option!”
