This neighborhood is got alot of shops, restaurants and cafes. Easy to walk around in, lots of people jog and walk their dogs throughout the day. Many parks to play, and relax in. Built in the late 1800's, there's alot of century old craftsman homes in this area. The trolley car barn, now a park is one of the historical landmarks in this neighborhood.
