The Pancakes are the best! If you tell them it's your first time, they will usually bring out their pancake of the day. My personal favorite are the Chile Verde Benedict, and my husbands is the Havana Daydream. Snooze is originally a Colorado company that has since recently expanded but is the best place to go for breakfast or brunch. It closes at 2pm.

About a 35 minute drive to Denver from our home, but we LOVE this Mediterranean place with the yummiest food and the MOST AMAZING pita bread for hummus! You must visit this place. It is about $100 for two people.
