Dogs

This is a great place to let your dogs stretch their legs during a long road trip. Its State Land that is used for grazing in the summer, allows dogs and no leash requirements.
It’s right off I-25 a little north of town (you don’t need to get on interstate to get there from our house). I’ve never seen more than 5 cars and most people are spread out along the path that dogs don’t have to interact. We always leash our pup when we are close to the parking area.
