This place is great. Not only is the food good, but they opened in 2021, so it has a very contemporary feel and is nice and clean.

Sightseeing

Whether you agree or disagree with mining, the Bingham Copper Mine is a site to behold. Like Texas, everything is bigger. Children, young and old, will go giddy over the machinery. Rumor is that it can be seen from space. While in the area, visit the Copperton City Park, which is a unique park and worth a visit in its own right.

Transporte

TRAX is a great way to get downtown.

Public transportation in Salt Lake isn't great, but using TRAX (the light rail train system) to get downtown is pretty reasonable. The train will take you directly from the south side of the city (Draper and Sandy) to the downtown area (Utah Jazz stadium and City Creek shopping area). Doing so will avoid parking fees. UTA also has trains that travel as far south as Provo and north to Ogden if you are looking to see those areas or many of the cities in between.
