Our local pub, just up the road so an easy cycle or walk although there are no pavements through the village.
Very pretty situation right on the open forest, with the New Forest ponies often grazing outside. Decent pub food.

Sightseeing
Top picnic place! One of our favourite spots - a walk out to the lighthouse is a great thing to do, or catch the small ferry from Keyhaven which takes about 10 minutes. Wonderful views of the Isle of Wight from here.
