Bijela has a local boat tour that offers 2h tours to Porto Montenegro. Taking off each day during the season at 19:50 from Bijela and coming back at 22:00.

Each day there is a local boat taking off from Bijela going to plava spilja (blue cave). The round trip costs around 7€ per person.
