A great providore/deli with one of the best breakfasts in Mosman served at the back. They also have great pizza at night. Their large cheese room is worth a visit.

One of Sydney's oldest and best Vietnamese restaurants. Definitely put it on the list (although it is a bit pricey).

A bit of a trendy coffee shop, with decent coffee and cafe basics. Always packed because it's popular but there's plenty of other places around if you can't sit down - or just get takeaway.

Drinks & Nightlife

Known as 'The Duck', this pub is a local favourite for their cheap but delicious and well-cooked porterhouse steaks ($9.90). They've got lots of screens for your sporting fix.

This is a fantastic and beautiful pub with an excellent beer garden featuring...you guessed it...a big Oak tree, lit up with fairy lights. A perfect place for a drink during the day. Their bistro serves one of the best steaks in Sydney (pricey but worth it). It's near the last bus stop before the city, you can always drop in for a quick wine before continuing your evening.

Fancy a spot of Karaoke? This is your only pick on the north shore and it gets absolutely packed in the later stages of the evening.

Getting Around

This is one of three wharves in Mosman (along with Mosman Bay Wharf and South Mosman Wharf). Catch the ferry into the city to admire the view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge - a budget alternative to forking out for a touristy cruise.

Parks & Nature

This is a gentle, flat walk on a well-marked path with spectacular harbour views. It takes around 30 minutes to complete. There are many grand houses, and lots of plaques explaining the history of them and the area along the way. Alternatively you can take a longer route and walk from Balmoral Beach to Cremorne Point, although this will take you longer. https://www.tripadvisor.com.au/Attraction_Review-g255060-d556291-Reviews-Cremorne_Point_to_Mosman_Bay_Walk-Sydney_New_South_Wales.html

Sightseeing

There are a couple of ways to take in the views of the bridge. A walk along Cremorne Point has one of the best vantage points in Sydney, or you can head to Kirribilli which also has great views. I don't recommend paying a fortune for the Harbour Bridge Climb - it's expensive and in my opinion very touristy. You can have more or less an identical experience (albeit without the fear factor) by taking the public pathway along the bridge.
