Here's my favs in a condensed list and in no particular order. Check out the photos for further info, have fun exploring and feel free to let me know your favourites.
Delicious Indian Food on Main Street. Great portions and prices. Penticton has excellent Indian restaurants, you can't go wrong with any of them.

Beautiful little patio tucked at the back of the Naramata Inn. Great cocktails and excellent service. Worth the drive up, walk the village afterwards and check out Manitou Beach before driving home

Incredible musicians have played at this musical institution. You will not be disappointed with anyone playing the evening you go. Intimate setting and considered a listening room, so go if you're wanting to discover music and not if you want a rowdy night out with live music... that's what "The Hub" is for.

Penticton's newest dining and cocktail restaurant and rooftop bar. The rooftop has fabulous views of the lake and surrounding mountains. I love the upscale feel... I didn't love the $60 price tag for 2 drinks and a salad. I would recommend for a special night out, but maybe not a go-to drinks after the beach kind of place.
I haven't eaten in the restaurant as I've afraid of the prices but I have heard the food is incredible.

Dana's Favourite Wineries
There are so many wonderful Wineries in this area. Naramata Bench is the closest to your air bnb, but OK Falls, Summerland, Oliver and the Similkameen Valley all have excellent wineries.
I'll continue to add to the list but honestly you can't go wrong, there's a winery for everyone. I have my favourites but depending on the wine you like or if it's your first time wine tasting, I am happy to recommend options specifically for you.
Fun Atmosphere. Are you new to wine? This is a perfect starting point, with great wine and a relaxed atmosphere.

Looking for something fun to do? Here are some options that both locals and tourists enjoy during a beautiful Penticton summer.
Floating the Channel is a must do for a lazy Penticton afternoon. Bring your own floatie for a free experience or buy a package deal at Coyote cruises that includes a commercial grade floatie and a shuttle back to the starting point.
Float to the halfway point or all the way to Skaha Lake.
Be sure to bring water and snacks and ask how long the float seems to be that particular day, it can be as quick as 1.5 hours or as long as 3.5 hours to the end.
