Learn of the history and beauty of this five-star hotel; Stroll around the well-manicured outdoor areas, walk around the pond on back side of hotel, enjoy a meal or happy hour in this elegant location. A most-memorable site. If you enjoy a piano-bar and pub setting, the Broadmoor's own Golden Bee Gastropub is a fun evening venue: https://www.broadmoor.com/dining/golden-bee/

Seven Falls is Colorado's only waterfall that is included in the National Geographic list of international waterfalls. The Broadmoor Seven Falls is a series of seven cascading waterfalls of South Cheyenne Creek in South Cheyenne Cañon, Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is a privately owned tourist attraction since it was opened in the early 1880s. The sum of the height of the seven falls is 181 feet (55 m) and there are a total of 224 steps on the staircase from the base of the falls to the peak. There is a wheel-chair accessible elevator—that bypasses 185 of the 224 steps—to the Eagle's Nest observation platform. (There is a hike that can take up to four hours.)

https://ivywildschool.com Ivywild School is a place where neighbors, friends, colleagues and visitors can meet and mingle. A place where you can enjoy great local fare and share ideas. But it’s also much more than that. It’s a flourishing communal atmosphere linking commerce and community with gathering spaces, local cuisine, education, art and gardens. Formerly an elementary school, Ivywild’s façade still holds true to its roots as re-imagined spaces fill the halls once again with the voices of children and adults alike. A virtual and literal hotspot of activity throughout the day, Ivywild is always full of energy. Whether it’s bakers baking fresh bread and pastries in the morning, friends meeting for coffee or craft-brewed beer over lunch, gardeners harvesting the fruits of the season, or people gathering for a small concert or film in the former gym, the school provides an inviting space for kids of all ages. Wide hallways afford plenty of space for relaxing or viewing the ever-changing art offerings. Multiple patios provide al fresco seating in the building’s beautiful Rocky Mountain setting. And a highly-walkable “public square” will host farmer’s markets, festivals, and other special events. So whether you just want to pick up your morning joe and a freshly baked bagel, linger for lunch and an afternoon cocktail, or grab local produce and some meat for dinner, Ivywild School will be a hub for meeting, eating, drinking and neighboring.
