The hoist is available for use for non-pontoon boats weighing less than 2000lb. Local marinas/boat rental information is below, and the state launch is 1.5 miles north of Sunny Daze Lake House. There are weed mats to keep the seaweed at a minimum for swimming, but it can still be rocky so water shoes are recommended. Towels are provided for indoor use only. Please bring your own beach towels for lake/outdoor use. PADDLEBOAT: Enjoy the paddleboat – it is easier to use when the water is calmer. Please be sure to securely clip the paddleboat back to the dock. Note: There is a 500lb weight limit on the paddleboat. It will be easier to operate with a maximum of two passengers. Lifejackets must be worn by all passengers on the paddleboat.

There are body boards, noodles, tubes, beach balls, life vests, bean bag toss game, ladder ring game, etc. in the outdoor kitchen and the storage area behind the sink in the outdoor kitchen. Please be sure to return everything where it was so it doesn’t blow away!

Quiet hours at the lake are from 11:00pm-8:00am. Please be mindful and courteous of other residents as many live here year-round. Excessive noise and trespassing onto neighboring properties is prohibited. Please note that we have shared access of the stairs with the neighbor. However, Sunny Daze property is all contained within the white fences. Anything outside of that is the neighbor’s property.
