7 MILES away. This is a small port city on the shores of Lake Michigan, walk out into the lake to the light house or find a bench on the beach to take in the views. Plenty of shopping and Kilwin's is the best ice cream and fudge.

This is a historic Drive-In and is very fun and retro, It will take you back to the 50s. Please be advised the movies do not start till dark and it's very late if you stay for both features, also larger cars have to park in the back but you can bring chairs to sit in.

Enjoy outdoor picnic style dining on the lawn @ St. Ambrose Cellars, while wine tasting in a friendly family environment. Music every evening during summer hours. St. Ambrose Cellars was born when a mistake was made with a lemon cream honey, Sharon told her husband Kirk to make lemonaide out of lemons ie.. John Lemon Mead with it. We make many wonderful carbonated beer style meads which are not syrupy sweet but light and refreshing. I recommend enjoying a flight with our wonderful brick fired pizzas.
