Hidden down a laneway off Frasers Road, Ashgrove, the Enchanted Forest at Dorrington Park is a terrific shaded playground for children. Dorrington Park, otherwise known as the Enchanted Forest, is a leafy location and equipment make it ideal for playground play any time of year. There are not many Ashgrove parks that can boast musical toad stools on top of all the regular drawcards like slides, swings, climbing nets and fort-style constructions, but the Enchanted Forest has all of this and more! As far as playgrounds go, this is a small enough park to keep an eye on your kids but not so small as to hold no interest. The Enchanted Forest has wheelchair accessible toilets (Brisbane Kids).
