Parks & Nature
This is a really nice short 'hike' from my house up to the university and its arboretum on Sehome Hill. After wandering through the tall trees to reach the tower, ascending the steps to the top presents panoramic views of Bellingham and Mt. Baker on a clear day.

Huntoon TrailThis is a really nice short 'hike' from my house up to the university and its arboretum on Sehome Hill. After wandering through the tall trees to reach the tower, ascending the steps to the top presents panoramic views of Bellingham and Mt. Baker on a clear day.
This park is Bellingham's favorite park and for good reason. From my space it is a lovely half hour walk along the Interurban Trail to the park where one can enjoy spectacular sunsets and bay views while grabbing a coffee at the Woods Coffee located in the park, perhaps even see a local performance at the outdoor performance stage.
