Recently voted "best meat quality" for their burgers and if you like bacon, you can order it added to things like "gorgonzola fries" and just about anything else. For brunch, try the croissant donuts or "cronuts." Maple with bacon, of course.

The Goat is our neighborhood watering hole which also serves incredible pizza. The Guinness Stew is a must on cool evenings. Try the "Goat Head Red blend" if you'd like to sample a local wine. It's delightfully light and fruity with a clean finish.

You'll recognize some of the bridge and river views from the coming-of-age "made in Spokane" film, VisionQuest. Look closely (don't blink) your host was an extra in the 1985 film.
