The old Souq, it's quite interesting, you can buy a lot of traditional things ranging from food, local produce, fish, clothes, spices and much more. Definitely worth a visit.

It is really nice to walk from Ras Al Ard to the scientific center (or even all the way to Marina Mall) by the the sea at night. Its very quiet and safe and the whole walk-way looks amazing.
