If you have the time, take a day travelling out to Rylstone and visiting Dunns Swamp. Pack a picnic lunch or stop at the pub in Rylstone for something to eat. On your way back to town stop in at the Lue pub for a quick drink!

Park your car behind Big W (corner of Short & Perry Street) and follow the trails, under the bridge and through to the big play park for kids at the other end. You can also feed the ducks at the waters edge or in summer if the heat is getting to you, go for a swim at the local pool. Weekend markets are also held here every 2nd Saturday of the month.
