Small and hip, this is one of three restaurants run by Miyake. Very good beer menu, outstanding food choices, you can order and order for hours. Next to LFK, so again parking is tough sometimes.

After waiting next door at Hot Suppa for almost an hour one Sunday, I called 188, walked over, and was seated immediately. I've ALWAYS had great food and good service here. Parking in back.

Otto's is a popular pizza chain from Boston that has done very well in Portland. I'm gluten intolerant so don't eat much pizza, but always find something to eat when I'm with friends at Otto.

The best dance floor in town, reasonably sized stage for bands, plenty of parking, accommodating clean bathrooms. If you want to dance, this is a good place to do it.

Argentine Tango Practica every Sunday 5-7, Milonga the 3rd Saturday of every month. Parking is on the street and it's quite a steep hill, be careful in the winter.
