I recommend checking out this place outside the city called The Factory. It's a massive, once garment factory, now Art & Culture Hub. It has a skatepark, awesome graffiti, and this place called Fly Phnom Penh.
This place called "Fly Phnom Penh," is absolutely awesome. I go here when I need to jump around and get some energy out. It has a bunch of trampolines, dodgeball.
