Eastern Coast of Naxos
The eastern coast of the island, accessed from the main road of Apeiranthos Village, includes the areas of Azalas all the way down to Panermos. Moutsouna, the most populated of all the areas has a small convenience store, a cafeteria and 3 fish taverns. The view on the way down from Apeiranthos is astonishing and this side of the island is perfect for guests who want to experience real rest and relaxation.
Where Levantes Studios are situated. Quiet and relaxing area to lay back and chill, away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristic places of the island. There are 4 beaches one can swim in that are almost private even in August.

Moutsouna also has 3-4 taverns, a mini market and 2 cafeterias. There are 5-6 beaches where one can swim and relax on and all within walking distance from each other.

Before one reaches the first houses at Moutsouna on the left is a dirt road that leads to Azalas area. There is the main beach with endless large pebbles and a few smaller ones to the north.

One of the most visited and picturesque villages of the island also called the marble village by the locals since there are no roads within it except for marble steps. The architecture is unique and one must conform to the traditional style of the buildings when building or renovating. There are museums, taverns, cafeterias, tourist shops, mini-markets, a bakery and even a pizzeria. Don't leave the island unless you visit...definitely a must-see spot!
