Layer clothing the weather changes frequently
I always let guest know the weather in Maine changes frequently. Layering example is a tank top, tee shirt, fleece, jacket to rain gear. You may find this helpful especially if taking a ferry trip to one of the Casco Bay Islands

There is a bus two blocks from the house to all surrounding areas.
There is a Greenbelt walkway one block from the house into Portland a leisurely 20 walk across the Casco Bay Bridge.
