Well worth a visit for anyone who has an interest in gardening and vegetables. Just a 25 min drive from lough atorick. They also have a small cafe and shop where you can buy seeds and interesting books on growing vegetables

A hiberno-Norman tower closely associated with the poet WB Yeats. Guided tour and visitor center open during summer months. A worth while visit just located outside Gort (about 40 mins drive)

The three lake tour - Take a driving tour from Lough Atorick through the Slieve Aughty's down to Lough Graney and over to Lough Derg and the towns of Scarrif and Mountshannon then returning via our local village of Woodford to stop off for a well deserved pint or diner in Walsh's or an ice cream in the picnic spot at the Bay.

Produced on their family dairy farrm, they also have a market store open at the weekends with lots of local produces, their own cheese, butter and fresh milk. The also have freshly baked treats and delisious barista coffe.
