Highly recommended. Granada is an hour's drive from the villa. I do recommend you book your tickets before you arrive, they sell out very quickly.

You can see the unspoiled white-washed village from the villa. A must visit to enjoy the long history of this village or to eat in one of its many fine restaurants or enjoy afternoon tea at Millers Guesthouse. It is hilly so wear flat shoes.

Torrox Costa is good for all the family. Great restaurants, sunbeds, and renting boats.
It's a 15-minute drive from the villa where you will find every supermarket you would wish for. There is a huge car park next to the IBIS Hotel if you wish to spend a day at the beach.

Nerja is a must to visit. Great restaurants and shops. It's a very historical town that has kept its beauty and not a Mcdonald's insight.
The best place to park is in the underground parking at the Balcon de Europa all signposted.
Nerja also boasts Tutti Frutti square if you want to let your hair down and go to a nightclub. 11 pm - 6 am

Fantastic restaurant, good atmosphere, music and the food is excellent.
Great beach, recommended to hang out for the day. Has about 8 Chirringitos where you can eat and drink and you can rent a sunbed for the day ( around 5 euros each ) occasionally you will see a dolphin jump out of the water. You can also rent a boat, jet ski, or a peddalo.
