We are two blocks from Midtown little coffee shops, grocery, and restaurants, and a bus stop, in the neighborhood of huge Elm, Magnolia, and Maple lined trees. Beautiful wide walkways and very bike and walk friendly neighborhood. 5 parks within walking distance. Phil’s coffee is the my favorite coffee /Turkish style and it’s walking distance. Very family friendly neighborhood.

Safeway is closed by our home, but lots of our tenant bike to Trader’s Joe as it’s located in another local shopping square which is favorable by locals

Not like in Europe, or other places with great public transportation, here the bus are maybe available every 15 minutes or 30 minutes during workday and about every 1 hour during the weekend.
