Activities
Great activities for the whole family, worth spending half to full day of time. If you have time for only one pyramid, we suggest the aquarium but rainforest is also great. If you get the full day pass, make sure you look up the day’s schedule ahead of time since some things run at certain hours, like the paddle boat and various cinema experiences. There is food, but you are able to bring some along and picnic.

We waited years to actually go and afterwards wondered why! You can easily make this a main feature of your day, assuming everyone is tall enough to ride the majority of the features. It’s got fun for 2-3 year olds, but we think the sweet spot is if everyone is around 6+. It gets a nice breeze since its over the water but can still be hot so be prepared to stay hydrated and pay for food and drinks. Ordering tickets online can save you time getting in.

Parking
Parking around town can be free or paid, and sometimes you just have to know good spots. I hate driving around looking for parking. On the Seawall and in many areas of downtown, you can pay for parking using the PayByPhone mobile app. There are few if any payment stalls left, so get the app ahead of time to make it less stressful. Most activities and restaurants in these two areas do not provide parking.
