Just as the name suggests you can do few beach sport activities there. We usually go to do paddle surf which is so much fun.

You can enter the park within a short walk from the Villa. if you'd like to go for a jog a short walk or to spend some picnic time, it's just the perfect place. On the side of the park there's mini golf as well if you'd like to spend some with the family.

You could visit the town center either by car or the tram/ bus with 10 minutes. You could have a nice walk in the center there's shopping, bars, restaurants, a market just next to the town hall. and the plaza mayor is definitely worth a visit.
