Yoga at the Park
Thought I'd mention the FREE Yoga classes at Porter on the Lake near the pavilion..... Tuesday nights at 6:30pm, Wednesday nights (Gentle Yoga) at 6:30pm. I'm not sure if Brian is doing the chair yoga there on Tuesday and Friday mornings, but if you show up for a class in the evening, he can let you know if he is doing them. Bring a mat and a bottle of water, wear comfy clothes and have a great yoga session!
