All the stores and good restaurants are in Silverdale, a suburb of Bremerton and about 6 min away by car. The Kitsap Mall, BevMo, Costco, REI, feed & seed are there too.

Food scene
This is a dead strip mall that now has a thriving Mexican market on the weekends. HUGE. Its like going to Mexico, and you can get anything you would get at a Mexican Street Market like: goat tacos, brisket plates, trinkets, ride a bull, produce, aquas frescas you never heard of like banana horchata, fresas, refurbished tools, hats & sneakers and indigenous woven clothing. Eat again.

Food is SO Legit good. Lots of Navy people go here. They have normal tables. They give you squeeze bottles with the salsa. Green is mild, then red is hot, then orange with black flecks is like HOT. If you haven't been brought those squeeze bottles before your food ask them: "salsas?" Oh, youngish people also day drink here starting at whatever opening time is in the bar....and they have TVs with every sport going all the time. Food is really good. Regular salsa for the chips is...ok.

Green is mild, then red is hot, then orange with black flecks is like HOT. If you haven't been brought those squeeze bottles before your food ask them: "salsas?" Wear a mask when you enter a restaurant or they might not let you in. Weirdly, you are able to take it off to eat in a room full of random strangers. Its a thing: just have a mask to go inside anyplace.
