**Canoeing or supping on the river Stour with Stour Valley Adventure Center. Or just go for a swim in the river. Park at carpark just a bit down from Kingfisher Leisure Center Carpark and go down to foot path opposite Waitrose. You will see a grass area with easy access to river
**Meadow walk, take a stroll over the meadows, watch the cattle and feed the ducks and swans before relaxing at the Mill hotel for a drink, high tea or lunch
**Sudbury Cricket Club, visit the friendly cricket ground in the town centre. Have a drink at the bar and enjoy this classic English pastime. Games on most weekend days throughout summer.
** Market every Thursday and Saturday for fresh fruit&veg, fish, meat, game, plants and various other stalls

** ‘Weaver’s House Spa’ has great spa treatments and is very tranquil
