If you love swimming, want a good workout, and a super fun coach to give you occasional tips and motivation, you can drop-in for a swim Tues, Thurs and Sat mornings. There are locker rooms with showers and restrooms.
On holidays or special occasions, the coach sometimes dresses up in a costume (like for Halloween) and does a fun/unique workout.
The current schedule is:
T/Th: 5:30-6:30 and 6:30-7:30
Sat: 6:00-7:15
