Our recommendations on where to eat in Chelan. Restaurants are listed in alphabetical order rather than preference. You'll have to read each review to see which are our favorites :-)
If you are looking for an all-around good diner that locals and tourists love, look no further! It’s not fancy but the service and food are great and they offer a full complement of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is one of our go-to places for breakfast for sure! My husband’s favorite is the Breakfast Burrito, Huevos Rancheros and the made to order omelets. I love their standard egg and breakfast meat choices and I often satisfy my sweet tooth by choosing their blueberry pancakes instead of hashbrowns. They have a lounge that is usually open for breakfast too. Full disclosure—we have not eaten there for lunch or dinner but I’m sure those items are just as good.

Our favorite menu items include the Grapefruit Prosciutto, Wedge and the Italian Salads as starters and the Chicken Fettucine Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan and the Fire Pasta with Chicken if you like spicy food from the entree’s selections. Another local and tourist favorite for breakfast or lunch offering fresh and delicious, down-home, scratch, country cooking. Seattle Times voted them ‘One of the top 4 restaurants worth the drive’ because of their 400 Mile French Dip Sandwich—it’s my favorite for lunch as well! They are also known for their fresh, hand-rolled crust and award winning, delicious fruit and cream pies, Danish yeast waffles and blintzes, and one of my favorites, their eggs benedict! Bring the kids and go U-pick blueberry picking in season!

We don’t think you will be disappointed with anything on the menu—enjoy! Very large portions so best hint is to order half order of fries if you are at all conscious of how much you want to eat in one sitting!

Under new ownership since spring of 2020, the menu has grown to include many more choices—although we haven’t tried many of the new offerings, I’m sure they have something for everyone! We love their pizza, salads and paninis but definitely want to try their wings and the burgers. Combining traditional old-world grape varietals with the most modern winemaking techniques and viticultural practices, the depth and breadth of our wines please a wide variety of palates.” I highly recommend this vineyard! They make the best Rose in Chelan but unfortunately, they are often sell out quickly! You may be able to enjoy a glass or even a bottle of it at Campbell’s restaurant in Chelan though. As a side note, I have partnered with Tom Pettigrew, owner of Amos Rome Vineyards and owner of a local vineyard management company to install a vineyard on the Meraki Lodge property in 2022—how exciting is that?! Tom is a respected member of the Chelan AVA and does a lot for the wine industry to ensure vineyards and wineries in the area do all they can to produce the best wines possible!

Offering cider flights, glass pours and growler fills at their tasting room at their orchard.
