Love this place. The menu is a bit overwhelming. There are tons of items to choose from and most with very unusual ingredients. The staff is very friendly. They are clean cut & polite. The wait to get in was short. The wait for our food was reasonable. The omelette store are huge.

While food is always the reason people write reviews, our family looks for excellent food with very good restaurant cleaning habits after each person. We ordered about $70 worth of food and drinks and everyone liked what they received from Chicken Marsala to individual pizzas and drinks. The best part for us was that when we arrived Peggy washed down our chosen table including the chairs and items on the table with real dedication! Then our server, Ashley, made sure we had everything we needed at the time we needed it! We have been going to Vito’s for 28 years and we are happy to report they continue to do their best on all levels!

Sightseeing

We visited the Usery Mountain Park on a Monday in February and was surprised by the large number of people on the trail. It was about 20 - 25 minutes outside Mesa. We had planned on going to the highly rated Cave of the Wind Trail but the parking lot was packed. With covid still being an issue we drove over to the No-So Trail that connected to the Blevins Trail. We walked about 2 of the 3 miles when my knee went out and I had to limp back to the Jeep. We got back about 2 pm and ate lunch at the picnic tables near the parking lot. It was very busy with most people being bicyclists. I probably would not attempt to visit on the weekend if it was this busy on a Monday.

The Airbase Arizona Flying Museum is one of Phoenix’s top-rated attractions. You can learn how airplanes were used throughout the history of combat and feel the radial engines on our Warbirds rumble as they come to life. Our museum is home to authentic war artifacts and hundreds of exhibits that chronicle the stories of people who rose to meet extraordinary challenges. Climb aboard one of the rarest B-17 Bombers in the world, “Sentimental Journey,” or better yet, book a once-in-a-lifetime ride on any of our six flying WWII airplanes. Our friendly, knowledgeable docents will bring to life the tales of combat heroes like the Tuskegee Airmen and Women Air Service Pilots who overcame tremendous obstacles to serve our country. Watch aircraft mechanics at work and then stop by our PX Museum Gift Store for unique gifts and war memorabilia. As an educational non-profit 501(c)3, we are a great place for children to learn about the history that has shaped the United States.

What a delightful experience. It has been at the same location and still a "top attraction". You have a choice of seating - downstairs center in like picnic tables, chairs with backs and tables on the sides, and second floor seating. You find our seating, then order your pizza and your order number is posted when ready. The organ plays about 30 minutes music with items from a variety of genres from Disney o opera. Then you can get your ice cream. A DELIGHTFUL EPERIENCE!!

I like writing reviews to hopefully give someone seeking a place information about going there. Usually, I'm a bit muted in my responses. Just the facts, ma'am. Well, not so about the Riparian Preserve. THIS PLACE IS OUTRIGHT WONDERFUL. First, it's so innovative as a water treatment concept. Second, they've laid it out so well. And third, it's downright fun! We came here with our grandson. A few things we did were: stand on the bridge and watch the birds, turtles and fishes; wade in the water; stroll among the many paths; hunt for 'dinosaur' bones (so neat I did some research on the company 'burying' the bones), walk on the undulating concrete wall. It was all so much fun. And while a bit crowded, the place is so well laid out that we didn't at all feel the numbers of people. I hope we come back here time and again when we're visiting.
