Use the app whenever you are looking for a connection, buying a ticket, or waiting for public transport and want to check how much delays it has. Although it’s usually on time and it comes much more often than you would think.

Prague is small and walking around is easy
Do not buy the daily or weekend public transport ticket until you have walked a bit around. You will probably find walking much easier then the public transport that you would probably not utilize as much as in other bigger places.
