Sitting on the top of Cerro del Vigía and 75 meters above sea level, this building known as Observatorio was initially built by the people of Mazatlán as a military observation post, hence the name Cerro del Vigía. Maybe you need a little time away from the strong sun at the beach. Maybe a little time in the country is required for rest and relaxation. Whatever it is, El Quelite is a solid place to check out when in Sinaloa.
