Arguably the most famous speedway in all Puerto Rico and caribbean. It is a very safe speedway and a great place for people to sit and watch the races. It is open every Monday night from 7:00 to 12:00 for street cars and every Wednesday for every category.

The Aguirre Central Sugar Mill, located in the Aguirre sector of the municipality of Salinas, was one of the largest and most productive sugar complexes in the 20th century. This famous mill ceased operations in 1990. Now you have the opportunity to enjoy the Aguirre Village and what once was a very exclusive place to live in Salinas.

The Aguirre Central Sugar Mill, located in the Aguirre sector of the municipality of Salinas, was one of the largest and most productive sugar complexes in the 20th century. This famous mill ceased operations in 1990. Now you have the opportunity to enjoy the Aguirre Village and what once was a very exclusive place to live in Salinas.
Las Tetas de Cayey, also known as Cerro Las Tetas. The peaks are so named for their resemblance to a woman's breasts. The word "tetas" is colloquial for "breasts" in Spanish. The "Las Tetas" peaks can be easily viewed from the rest area on Puerto Rico Highway 52. The rest area is located near the "Monumento al Jíbaro Puertorriqueño statue and monument". The two peaks can be seen in the northwestern horizon when viewing from the rest area.

Cayo Matías is a small mangrove island located off the coast of Salinas, on the south east part of Puerto Rico. It is a popular local hang out. Being an island, it is only accessible by boat.
Cayo Matías has a small beach area where you can hace a spectacular day of fun, and a number of openings in the mangroves at the shoreline where you can set up your stuff, picnic (you are allowed to BBQ), and have a nice view.
If you don’t have your own boat, on weekends, there is a small ferry called La Paseadora that you can take over to the island.

Polita's Beach is a beautiful beach located in Salinas. This beach surrounded by mangroves is preferred by many for its excellent location and facilities.
The most attractive of the place is that you can reach a key that you see in the distance and walk it on foot. A very spectacular experience.

The Thermal Hot Spring is a friendly and beautiful place. A good experience for all the family. You can visit the thermal springs during day time but i usually prefer going at night because is a perfect time to relax and enjoy what nature has to offer. Driving time aprox 30 minutes from Salinas.
