Port Rowan is a town in Norfolk County, Ontario, Canada. It is located on Lake Erie, adjacent to Long Point. The lakeside community has a population of fewer than 1500 people and sports a number of traditional small businesses such as Twin's Ice Cream Parlour, which has been operating in the town for decades. It also has a post office, grocery store, pharmacy, LCBO, Home Hardware, a great Dollar Store (where you can find almost anything you need) and a Grandfather's pizza (which has great pizza that you can order online so it's ready when you pick it up). Port Rowan is about a 7 minute drive from Cozy Cottage so it's easy to pop into town if you need something.

Long Point, Ontario, Canada is one of the most exciting places on the continent to observe our rich birdlife. LPBO biologists and visitors have studied birds here since 1960, and over 400 bird species have been observed in the Long Point area.
