Very near by you have this amazing beach with a restaurant. You also have a litle beach next to this one called Prainha, just pass the big one and you will find it.

It is a very ancient and beautiful village with some natural pools by the sea. You can also find some restaurants in Povoação. It is located on the south side of the island, after Furnas.

Here you have 7 lagoons to visit. I recommend you do some research on Sete cidades because you have a lot of sightseeing places and rails that you can choose from. It is worth spending a hole day there if the weather allows it.

Go towards Furnas and you will find the sign on your left.
I recommend you do some reaserch on Sete cidades because you actualy have 7 lagoons to see. (look for Lagoa do Canário and you will find a sightseing place that is breath taking and you can see laggons and sea all at once!)

Also one of my favorites, you can go in the water and the surroundings are amazing! On the north coast. Near by you have an amazing restaurant with typical food called Cantinho do Cais, go there!

Here you can watch fumaroles and the wholes where food is cooked.
Once near the water you can go and check Parque da Grená where you can walk through a forest by the lagoon bank with waterfalls and see the old ruins of an old mansion.

In Mosteiros, on the north coast: here you can watch one of the most spectacular sunsets on the island. You can also enjoy a unique hot bath in the sea due to a termal source underneath the sea. It is best to go in when the tide is rising.
