Winter Activities

Family owned and operated since 1938 Our family has been in Aspen, Colorado, for five generations and have been fortunate enough to be the stewards of T-Lazy-7 Ranch for over 80 years. The Maroon Creek valley is home to the most photographed peaks in North America, the Maroon Bells. We love this pocket of the Rocky Mountains and look forward to sharing its stunning beauty with you. T-Lazy-7 Ranch offers a wide variety of activities such as winter snowmobile tours, summer horseback riding, fly-fishing, and venues for special events. We also raise all-natural beef, eggs, honey, and hay on our working ranch. If you want to stay a little longer we have some short-term cabins as well as residential cabins available for long-term housing, of six months or more. There is something here for everyone, and we welcome you as part of the ranch family! Join us for a winter snowmobile ride through White River National Forest, a summer horseback ride to the Maroon Bells, or invite your friends and family to your personalized wedding or event at the iconic T-Lazy-7 Ranch. The club, which recently broke ground for two more fields, has increased membership, and continues to grow and introduce polo throughout the valley. AVPC attracts some of the world's top pro and amateur players. In the last four years Aspen Valley Polo Club has had a positive impact in the area hosting youth polo camps, teaching lessons and hosting several events that have benefitted local charities including the Aspen Valley Hospital Foundation. AVPC offers polo in the summer for players and spectators. The Polo School is available to adults and juniors, and offers individual and group lessons for all levels and ages. For spectators, there are great field-side views for tournament action, indoor and outdoor arenas and also the Aspen Valley Polo Club Boutique.
